La comida y servicio excelentes, el único detalle es q al pedirle ayuda a las hostess para q hablaran a mi hotel y pasaran a recogernos, se negaron argumentando q no tienen línea, por lo demás todo excelente

After booking this reservation a month ago, we got there a little early, got our table. Then it went bad. We’re missing a chair for over five minutes. One of us had to stand up for the entire time.. then we had to move the table a little bit so that we weren’t on top of everybody because his meal was going to be a couple thousand dollars. One of the busser came over to ask if we adjusted the table because management was upset. . We were then asked to move to a booth, which I requested not to have at which point I decided to walk out of the restaurant. This was a 30 minute fiasco I’ve been to other catches Miami and Vegas, I’ve never had an experience like this with this group. Thank you for destroying a holiday night out…… do you know how hard it is to find a table in Aspen 3 days before Christmas at 830 pm??

First time I didn’t enjoy my time at the Catch. Our waiter was very bad.

Vegan chicken parmesan is still excellent. Fun vibe, good dining. Keep adding vegan options, and we'll keep coming back. Would love to see a dessert like the incredible vegan pistachio cheesecake that Catch-LA has, with luxardo cherries & coconut sorbet. Nice to see the same great staff & management like Tracy. See you next time.

Super mediocre, not really sure what all the hype is about this place. Nothing was impressive considering the price. The crispy rice tuna app tasted like a low quality mexican food appetizer with guac and sour cream on it. The pretzel bread did not taste home made, very plain like something store bought. The sushi roll was just like one from an average korean ran sushi spot. The "baked potatoes" are good, but are actually like a potato cheese soup with green onions on it in a bowl, just not what was expected with our steak. We bought a $105 8 oz waygu filet that was decent, but again for the price, could have been a bigger piece or a little more marbled as waygu can be. The prime filets I grab form costco and bbq at home taste just as good. The server was nice, but he didnt take off the spice tuna rice app even after we mentioned it was strange and tasted like a cheap mexican restaurant dish and didn't finish it, so that = bad service in my eyes.

Fabulous everything. Service was super attentive and excellent. Every item ordered was cooked to perfection. Sushi is outstanding. Steaks are done just right and full of flavor. Would visit here every time we are back in Aspen. This should be a go to whenever visiting Aspen.
