Once again a CIA restaurant provides a remarkable experience! The level of service is unparalleled. The way the students are trained to walk around and the care and respect they put into every part of service is just extraordinary. From making sure the dishes touch the table at the same time for all parties, to the way they walk around the restaurant and observe. It’s all a very delightful experience. The food, as always, speaks for itself and is quite good. The dishes seem more modern and simply tasty. I encourage you to visit and contribute your business to this wonderful establishment!

Menu was superb! Lots of very different options to choose from; quite eclectic. Food was expertly prepared and beautifully displayed. Our waiter seemed to have a few issues with how to attend to our table, but there were additional wait staff to back him up when necessary and everything went very smoothly. A very enjoyable dining experience!

The food was outstanding. Wife has keto needs and they served them well with truly yummy food. We did the 3-course menu which was great value and more than enough to eat - too much really - but we managed. Kudos to the students.

It was lovely to see the students learn, putting their best effort forward. The food, presentation, and ambience was beautiful. I can not wait to return!

We joined 2 other couples who had never been to the CIA and they really loved the experience. My husband and I have been to the Culinary several times previously and this time was just as awesome! The choice of food in each category was vast and diverse. I am a vegan and my husband is gluten free. I enjoyed the shredded Brussel sprout salad with lemony vinegrette and the vegetables with farro & mushroom entree. My husband loved the roasted potatoes and roasted chix with gluten free pumpkin cake for dessert. My only suggestion for the future is to offer a vegan option for dessert.

We celebrated my friends birthday and the service was excellent. Nice champagne toast in the beginning and a fantastic three course meal. Thank you!!!
