What a lovely gracious team, for a super elegant dining experience that is unique and memorable. Every part of it was just perfect, a supremely wonderful romantic evening.

The host and staff are AMAZING! I had no expectations for food and wow. Everything was superb. The crispy rice is a must. But really, I applaud the service. Outstanding place!

We made a spur of the moment Birthday brunch reservation at Caviar! What a delight! I live to”dine” and relax and there could not have been a more lovely place than Caviar Russe!From John who confirmed our reservation to Armando - the maitre de our dining experience was complete! The original presentation and menu choices were superior! Having dined at Per Se in NYC Caviar Russe surpassed the experience! From the Caviar service and champagne and wine selections to the three course menu every bite was better than the last! The Hudson Valley Foi gras was presented so beautifully and delicious! The tasmanian trout over a white sweet potato puree with lemongrass oil was spectacular! If you have the opportunity to experience this Michelin star restaurant it is worth every calorie!

We had an absolutely phenomenal experience. The quality of the food was exceptional, as was the service. The restaurant is beautiful, and this was one of our very favorite fine dining experiences in Manhattan. Perfect for special occasions.

The food was only exceeded in excellence by the attentive staff. We were early pre theater diners who were accommodated perfectly!
