Wow🤩, increíblemente asombroso ,el recibimiento del chef clemente que inmediatamente nos envió un tiradito kampachi y un delicioso sushi🤤, (volvimos a repetir) el postre, las bebidas, el ambiente, la vista, y todo el personal de cayao es increíble.. 10/10!! Definitivamente me estarán viendo seguido..

Amazing experience. The staff went above and beyond and gave us the best attention. The food is amazing and the view is just breathtaking. Recommended 100/10!!

Everything was excellent. So accommodating to my niece who had severe dairy allergies. They made her her own bread and vegetables spread and were extremely knowledgeable in guiding her with what she could and could not eat. Menu also included specific allergy information.

Short Rib rice was spectacular — whole, large piece of short rib mixed table side into the rice. The sashimi presentation was beautiful. Cauliflower with Parmesan foam was out of this world. Highly recommend the yuzu cremeux for dessert. Service was on point. Glasses always full. Genuinely charming staff. 5 star, 5 diamond.

We had an amazing experience last night at Cayao!!!! The service was exceptional and the food was delicious!! The Chutoro sashimi was a top 5 bite all time! Beautiful restaurant!

This was our first time at Cayao. The restaurant was very beautiful. Our server Aime was very knowledgeable of the menu and very attentive to service. The food was another level… we had the edamame to start with(which let me tell you was incredible. Nothing like we had ever had before. Not your ordinary edamame for sure) the flavor was a 10+. Next we had the chef’s sashimi sample. 12 pieces of fish presented in a beautiful display .. it looked like a flower garden. The fish was so fresh and delicious. For our dinner we had the catch of the day. The miso glaze on the fish was to die for and the side we chose was a rice.. but of course not your ordinary fried rice.. it had such an intense flavor and it had a over easy egg on top to mix into it. It was our anniversary so they presented us with 2 glasses of champagne to celebrate. We thought that was so thoughtful. The staff was so nice. Met the director of the hotel restaurants and the head chef. Both came to our table to introduce themselves.. a very nice touch that you may not get at all the restaurants in Cabo. I would highly recommend this restaurant!! We loved it so much, that se will be going there again Sunday night.
