Cedar + Elm is the heart of The Lodge at St. Edward State Park, a beautifully restored landmark hotel peacefully tucked away in a lush 326-acre forest just 30 minutes from Seattle.

Led by Executive Chef Luke Kolpin (Formerly of Noma and Bravo's Top Chef), Cedar + Elm’s menu is inspired by the undeniable spirit of the region we’re proud to call home. Every ingredient, flavor, and method of preparation is infused with an anchored authenticity. The bounty of each season informs our direction, culminating in familiar and approachable dishes with refined presentations and bold flavors.

Join us for breakfast, lunch, dinner, afternoon tea, or brunch, for an inspired Pacific Northwest dining experience. We also feature live music in our Tonsorium Bar Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday as well as all night happy hour Sunday through Thursday!

Join us in the charming Cedar + Elm dining room for a artfully curated dining experience, crafted course by course by the hands of Executive Chef Luke Kolpin. Experience the best of the bounty of each season through thoughtful renderings of Northwest cuisine with his signature Nordic touch, taken from years at restaurant NOMA in Copenhagen. Let us guide you through 5 courses of meticulously plated offerings, leaving nothing to be desired. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if any dietary restrictions or allergies need to be accommodated. Optional wine pairings are $65 per person. This experience will only be offered as advanced ticketing, and is only available on specific nights and in limited quantities. Not to be missed!

Local 6 piece Jazz ensemble UMAMI will be guiding us through the night with their eclectic and tasty rhythms, horns and unique blend of sounds. We'll have festive cocktails just for the occasion, King cakes, and great Cajun specials to indulge in. Tickets include access to the performance and light appetizers. Join us in Tonsorium Bar and the Historic Remington Ballroom for a night of festive Irish fun and tradition! Local 4 piece band Dublin Abbey will be providing their signature Irish and Folk sounds. The Guinness will be flowing, and some great signature Irish cocktails and cuisine will be on the table! Tickets include entry to the performance, which runs from 6-10pm in Remington Ballroom, and a drink ticket for the Tonsorium Bar, along with all the other fun to be had on the first floor. Don't forget to come decked in green and maybe you'll end up with a little more gold to show for it. A night not to be missed by the lucky!

The food was Pacific Northwest with unique spice attractions to each dish. The wine pairings were spot on as was the service. We came for our anniversary but will visit again for date nights!

Our server, Jorge, was awesome. Food was great- all of it was pleasant. We came for lunch. We will be back. Eating out is expensive now anyplace you go.

This was a lovely experience. My one complaint: since the food was already on the table when we were seated, it was cold by the time we were ready to eat -- i.e. we waited until our tea arrived to begin eating.

The food is just poorly executed and mostly not tasty. We’ve tried it too many times and are always disappointed. Will not be going back.

Love the ability as a couple to isolate yourselves in the two person wrap around seating. Service was wonderful and felt the food wonderful as well.

Wow! Very little food for $75 plus mandatory tip. For $75 you get 4 sandwiches that are 1.5" square and more dessert and scone

The five course chef's special was especially special for our 57th wedding anniversary celebration!! Our female server Vlada and somalia were both superb!! Couldn't be more pleased. My wife Blanche and I will highly recommend this exquisite dining experience to our friends. Pleased, Steve
