If things get better I would definitely like to go back. We were very disappointed that they added a 20% tip onto our bill as the service was not good. She did not come to check on us and we sat for a very long time with no service or drink refills. She did not come to check and see if our food was OK or if we needed anything else until we were finished eating. They did not have any dessert to offer and only had very mediocre store-bought cupcakes left over from their high tea service, I can only assume. It was very odd that we were not able to order hot tea or coffee. It was a lot of fun to go to an old mansion but the place does seem very run down. And it was kind of bizarre that we were the only people there. The website definitely is not conducive with how it really is. There was only two people working, it was very sparse. The salad came and was not even cut it was whole vegetables on a plate. The special housemaid dressing was just mayonnaise with balsamic vinaigrette mixed into it and was not very appetizing. The chicken and steak were fairly good, the vegetables were delicious, but the mashed potatoes you could tell were old and were very crusty, dry, and brown. It is a cool place but definitely seems like it is struggling. I hope that business gets better and that it is able to stay open! I am not trying to be negative I just want to give constructive criticism. The pricing of the food was affordable

The fish we had was great! The food was good - served in a timely way and very friendly staff. Sitting on the veranda was just beautiful No need to expand the menu! Just don't let people know what a hidden gem we have !

The staff are very accommodating to my food allergies. It can be very difficult to eat out at restaurants but I have never had an issue with Cedarhurst Mansion. Steak was very tender and tasted great. Vegetables from their own garden made dinner perfect.

service was extremely slow, had to walk in to bar area to get waters refilled. Our first drink order took 20 minutes to arrive at our table. The second drink order they ran out of the kind of beer some were drinking. Asked for coffee, they didn't have any. Asked for dessert, they didn't have any. Everyone in our party of 6 ordered fish dinner and all of us agreed it was over battered with tough fish inside. the atmosphere out on the front deck is wonderful. i think the slow service and lack of knowledge was a turn off

I was at this establishment on Sunday, July 28th for brunch. I brought my parents and daughter, what a disappointment!! The food was AWFUL. My food was cold. The “pastries” I can make better. Clearly you went to Cub or a Costco and purchased your food. I do not think your online menu accurately speaks to your buffet. We were never told what beverages were included. Parking was horrendous. I’ll be honest, I was checking your establishment for my future daughter in-law’s bridal shower... we won’t be coming!! Very disappointed!!! Waste of time, money, and calories (the few we actually consumed). I emailed the establishment and never heard back from them.

Very friendly staff, brunch was good. Didn't like the sausage as much though but the rest was good. Liked how they didn't salt the eggs.

We loved coming back to Cedarhurst since this is where we were married 32 years ago. The food was very good. However, I would have loved some bread or rolls with my salad which was my entrée. We also weren't offered dessert which was a disappointment. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our evening.
