   Great experience, great atmosphere, and great food. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I think we were the waiters last table for the night. For ex. when my husband insisted he was excited for dessert and he brought the menu, when he got his order he didn’t ask if I wanted anything and just left quickly (and I did want one but didn’t end up getting anything because I wasn’t sweating it.) Also, the waiter himself didn’t wish me a happy birthday.. (again not tripping just saying). I just think if this restaurant is wanting a star, those type of interactions are critical in not only getting one but maintaining a star. Overall we would still come back.

   Our waiter wanted us to order the most expensive items on the menu. I suspect he wants to maximize his tip which comes added automatically in the bill. Asked for a birthday cake dessert but served without a candle. Stay away not worth the hype.

   The food and drinks were enjoyable, but the overall pacing of service was a challenge. Our appetizers took quite a long time to arrive, and given the delay, we felt that having at least our order of chips available at the table would have been a thoughtful touch. After requesting them, Mimi acknowledged the wait and provided a round of chips on the house, which was appreciated. However, the initial delay impacted the flow of the entire meal. The restaurant did make an effort to recover by also offering complimentary dessert, which was a kind gesture. While there were some service missteps, the quality of the food and the attentiveness of the staff were positives. Constructive feedback helps refine the dining experience, and we hope the feedback helps with future dining experiences.

   We celebrated our 10 years anniversary here. The ambiance of this restaurant is phenomenal. We arrived at 7:45 for our 8pm reservation got to see the beautiful sunset and Disney fireworks. The lighting music and decor all adds to the elegance. We ordered a few appetizer items and loved it all but our favorite was the esquites salad and the quesabirria and Al pastor tacos.

   The host was amazing. Ceiba restaurant’s food was amazing! From the moment we walked in Ceiba, everyone greeted us and made us feel so welcome. I’m so grateful for the amazing experience. My fiancé and I really enjoyed every little thing about this place. There are a variety of alcoholic drinks, but my fiancé and I don’t drink, so we got the nonalcoholic beverages that were really enjoyable. I felt really bad because I had to tip on card, but it is better to make sure you bring cash! Overall, I give this a standing ovation.

   Food tasted amazing. However we had ordered food to be shared at the table in multiple courses and they brought everything at once. Was a little turned off by “the kitchen made an error” but it was the food was good. Unfortunately was part of the service too where we had to regularly ask for things like water, the check, table to be cleared and then even a pen to pay our bill.

   We had a beautiful time, food and drinks were delicious but most of all our server Mimi made our anniversary dinner special, thank you and to the all staff of Ceiba

    Leo our server did an amazing job. Gave us plenty of recommendations and explained the menu through. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Made our dining experience very memorable
