Join us for striking views of theme park fireworks from our signature rooftop restaurant.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
We kindly ask parties of 8-15 to connect with our Private Events team to secure a reservation as this is considered a large party.
Parties of 16 or more will be asked to secure the Private dining room.

Please be aware that our outdoor seating offers a limited menu.

Ceiba does not allow decorations of tables or surrounding area.

$8.00 per person Cake Cutting fee will be charged for outside Dessert.

Went there right on time to see the sunset! The guacamole with crab and trout caviar was awesome! Mimi made us feel welcome and special! Thanks for the great experience

First visit , really enjoyed it. Food incredible and drinks were splendid. Desserts were to die for. Perfect view of the fireworks at Magic Kingdom

Food and table service was a 10 out of 10.. started with a fundido which was really good.. tuna and crab were fresh.. Prime Skirt steak entre may have been the best skirt steak I have ever had .. kids loved the tacos and enchilada .. service was perfection ..Hicham, Allen and Christian were on point.. view.. fireworks.. just an awesome experinece Suggestions.. maybe a entree style chicken dish or taco that is not an enchilada and first round of margaritas took about 10 minutes (servers help cover) but service bar may be a little too slammed

Ceiba impressed me with its exceptional service and attention to detail. Every request I made was handled with care, making the experience seamless and enjoyable. The food was delicious, with generous portions and a beautiful presentation. Combined with the attentive staff, this restaurant stands out as a top choice. I’ll definitely be back!

We had an excellent experience last night at Ceiba. Good, drinks and service were all excellent. We have been to several exclusive resorts in Mexico with fabulous food but Ceibas exceeded our expectations. Ty for a fabulous dining experience.

For their first New Year's Eve event at their Orlando property, we had a blast! The food was delicious and service was DELICIOUS. Compliments to the Chefs especially on the steak and pork carving station. Dining at Ceiba on a regular night is already out of this world but adding in well dressed patrons and fireworks at midnight from the surrounding properties, unforgettable. Sharing more details about the event in the future might be helpful to attendees and having a bit more entertainment could be fun. Overall, hope they continue to hold this event in the future. Will definitely return for this or any other night at Ceiba.

To say I was disappointed in an understatement. The only reason we paid $300+ pp is because we were under the impression that we were paying for a NYE celebration. This was not the case. There was a limited buffet and a champagne and tequila "tasting". There was really no celebration for NYE. No DJ, no countdown, nothing. The social media posts about the evening were completely misleading. Unfortunately, this was nothing more than a really overpriced buffet.
