Central Kitchen + Bar features contemporary American cuisine in a casual and welcoming environment. With recognizable bar food serving as the foundation for our menu, our executive chef has given a new spin to the classics, upgrading them with inventive taste combinations using local and seasonal ingredients.                                   Our dining experience was great and our server was wonderful. We ordered the fig flatbread, tenderloin tips and smash burger and it was delicious. The tenderloin tips were my favorite as the combination of flavors was spot on. The only downfall of our dining experience was the slow bar service for our cocktails. Our server did her best and apologized for our drinks coming out slow especially since there was only two of us. It is a bit tacky in my opinion when your appetizers come out before your drinks. The restaurant was not busy so there should not have been any delay. We also observed the bartenders while we were there, we noticed they were too busy socializing with each other and their friends sitting at the bar than doing their job.

                                  Took about 20 minutes to have our order taken, table next to us arrived about ten minutes after us and had their order taken first. Food was good though and it wasn’t too noisy - probably would not choose to go again though.

                                  Arrived a little late for our reservation, but called ahead and the GM Kevin kept the kitchen open long enough for us to eat. Ordered 3 apps and they were terrific. Great work. Thank you.

                                  This was our first time at Central Kitchen and we’ll definitely be back. The staff were amazing; the food was delicious; and the atmosphere was perfect.

                                  My son and I did our 1st Mother &Son Date Night of the New Year 2025 here. We both enjoyed ourselves. My son watched Football on the TV, we spoke to the DJ who was AMAZING, staff was pleasant. My Teenager loved the chicken sandwich and we shared the herb fries. Overall, great experience.

                                  Central Kitchen is an average spot to get a decent meal. Service continues to be underwhelming. Our server brought water, we already had menus and after what seemed like an extraordinary amount of time to wait to place even our beverage order, the server returned and asked if we were good. “ you haven't even taken our order yet so can’t really answer that”.

                                  This was my second visit and oddly we had the same table. The chairs were broken and we had to switch them out when some other patrons left. The service was a bright spot and my drink was better than my food. My husband didn’t seem impressed with his $50 steak and unfortunately my scallops were far to salty for my preference. It’s a good location to the downtown sights.
