Chandler’s is a locally-owned, upscale dinner house specializing in prime steaks and jet-fresh seafood located in Hotel 43 in beautiful downtown Boise. Enjoy a craft cocktail, including the famous Ten Minute Martini, or a glass from our award-winning wine list. Featuring live jazz every night and complimentary valet parking. Chandlers is the recipient of the DiRona award which recognizes distinguished restaurants of North America and is the Treasure Valley's only Forbes Travel Guide Recommended Restaurant. The wine list features over 700 selections and 30 wines by the glass, and we have been recognized by Wine Spectator for our wine list every year, including four consecutive years earning the Best Award of Excellence.

Part way through dinner I leaned back in my chair and looked through what I thought was a window into a separate dining area, and made eye contact with a very happy looking guy leaning back in his chair. That was when I realized I was actually looking through a mirror and I was smiling without even knowing it! The entire dining experience was top tier, and our server Daniel was a consummate professional, whose recommendations made our evening even more spectacular. My partner and I can't wait to return!

One of our favorite places. Always treated special. Staff members are friendly and fun, yet professional and knowledgeable about everything. Food is amazing. Such a great dining experience

I ordered the New York Strip, $68.00 and wanted it Medium Well, which, according to their guide, indicated it would have some ping through it. NOT a chance.....it was more than well done, tough, and no pink. I should have sent it back! I had to dip the individual pieces into the peppercorn sauce to make it tasty and chewable. I stopped eating it about half way through.

I'm working my way through the menu, and everything is always delicious! Their service model is effective. I felt like nearly everyone working in the restaurant care about our experience.

Our evening at Chandler’s was wonderful. The service we received from both Ryan and Cohen was impeccable. My mum ordered the filet mignon and said it was the best she’d had. We had recently been to a steakhouse in Seattle and this was by far better in quality. I had the halibut which was equally delicious and their bread service with the olive tapenade and champagne dill butter was delightful. Would highly recommend Chandler’s for an evening of wonderful food, service and ambience.

My server was great, the food was good, but it was so loud with the band that it made it a bit unenjoyable. The food was good.

We had a small work dinner last evening and as always Chandler’s was incredible. From the minute we sat down our server, Aurora, made our experience amazing. The food, service and atmosphere made our dinner one to remember.

Lobster bisque, mahi Mahi, and halibut were excellent. Service was impeccable. Caesar salad was cold and crisp, dressing and white anchovies were very good. We had the chocolate cake and cream for dessert, a chocolate lover's delight. Chocolate topping, warmed, was good, hot fudge would have been better. Always an excellent dinner, some may find too expensive, but well prepared dishes seem worth the price.
