    Great food and service. Reservation was at 12:30. Seated about 1:00. Hostess was alternating between those with reservations and those without reservations. I think reserved tables should be seated first! My only complaint though.

    The food was overpriced and overcooked. We ordered the bone-in ribeye and lamb chops cooked medium. Both came well done and the lamb was a loin cut. Food was terrible especially for the price

    Came here for a birthday dinner, left well after closing because of how slow it was for us to get food. We were sitting 40+ mins after ordering to get our food and when it came it wasn’t correct nor hot. Seriously bummed. We also heard the kitchen arguing with each other on who was right and who was wrong. Super awkward. There server bless his heart realized what was happening and gave the birthday boy a free drink. Would not come back for a couple of months

    Lunch at Char - delicious blackfish with pecan/crab. Nice service. Food was served quickly and was piping hot. A bit noisy, but we were happy to see local restaurants doing a lively business. Happy to recommend.

    We’ve been to Char many times and especially enjoy the brunch/lunch menu. The dinner menu is very complete as well. Despite being very busy we were seated within 10 mins of our booking. Our server, Kaitlyn, was very pleasant and did not make us feel rushed at all despite the crowd. Our food came out in a timely manner and prepared perfectly. Someone who I assume was the manager checked on us as well. First class service and food. We’ll be back.
