   Service was excellent. My complaint is around the description of the food. I have a strong dislike (not an allergy) to onions. The dish I selected made no mention of containing onions, but when it arrived there were plenty. I carefully picked them all out, but I think the descriptions of foods should be more detailed. There were other items that had onions listed, so I don’t think it would be unreasonable for this to be included.

   Our steak dishes, particularly the Australian Wagu was exceptional. The chicken dish was ok but unremarkable. The calamari was very good! The deserts were very good except the Coconut Creme Brule. I would not recommend or over it again. Our waitress was very nice and it was very nice to have the manager check in about our meal. It did take a long time for our drinks, appitizers and our meals. It was nice to have the price of the Wagu reduced in price because my son ordered the Japanese Wagu and it wasn't available. The staff did their best to make our experience as good as it could be.

   We have been going to the Charcoal steakhouse to celebrate special occasions for over 30 years and it never disappoints. The servers are friendly and knowledgeable and the food is hearty and tasty.

   Service was impeccable! Our table setup was too big for intimate conversation but we worked around it.

   We were four in our group. Our orders were Lobster Risotto, filet mignon and salmon. Each of our meals were delicious and full of flavor.

   Always a great meal! Thought the chicken Madeira was a little over salted. But the tuna tower was to die for!! Husband enjoyed his steak and friend enjoyed the burger. Still one of my fave restaurants!

    My husband and I visit Charcoal at least twice a month. Out go to for everything from sharing some apps, to a great burger, or an amazing steak dinner. You can’t go wrong with Charcoal!
