Charley's Steak House is owned by the Woodsby family and has operated in Florida since 1974. Charley’s serves only three-year-old USDA prime and choice Angus steers, aging them four to six weeks for tenderness & flavor and hand-cutting the steaks daily to ensure consistent quality. The steaks are then flame-broiled over Florida citrus and oak wood in a custom-built pit at 1200º searing in the tantalizing taste that has made Charley’s the #1 steakhouse in America every year since 2007! Charley’s philosophy of providing only the finest extends from the kitchen to the wine cellar. The wine list approaches 500 selections from scores of exceptional wineries around the globe. Charley’s has been recognized with numerous awards including “Best of Award of Excellence” from Wine Spectator magazine, DiRōNA and Orlando Magazine’s“ Best Steak House & Best Old Favorite”.     Charlie’s is always a great experience. Wonderful holiday food, comfy chairs for our elderly family members and a great atmosphere for the holidays

    An amazing first time to Charley’s. Great service, the food was cooked perfectly and flavor was top notch. The staff were all super friendly and super attentive for all guests and tables, will be recommending them to anyone who wants a great dinner in the area.

    Once again we had a fantastic meal! The atmosphere is warm and comfortable. Every time we go it is a relaxing environment and we never feel rushed to get through with our meal. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and the garlic mashed potatoes are out of this world. The staff is so friendly and Tony took great care of us again this trip. We always look forward to going to Charley's and know that we will have an extraordinary meal and experience.

    I always have to stop at Charley's at least once every trip to FL. Steaks so delicious, signature martini perfect with bacon blue cheese olives. Only place I know of that offers those. Everything is great at Charley's, and everyone is friendly.
