Charley's Steak House is owned by the Woodsby family and has operated in Florida since 1974. Charley’s serves only three-year-old USDA prime and choice Angus steers, aging them four to six weeks for tenderness & flavor and hand-cutting the steaks daily to ensure consistent quality. The steaks are then flame-broiled over Florida citrus and oak wood in a custom-built pit at 1200º searing in the tantalizing taste that has made Charley’s the #1 steakhouse in America every year since 2007! Charley’s philosophy of providing only the finest extends from the kitchen to the wine cellar. The wine list approaches 1000 selections from scores of exceptional wineries around the globe. Charley’s has been recognized with numerous awards including “Best of Award of Excellence” from Wine Spectator magazine, DiRōNA and Orlando Magazine’s“ Best Steak House & Best Old Favorite”.     Service was great, staff were so pleasant and welcoming. Quality of the steaks for one guest very underwhelming sadly. My husband’s steak was great but mine was not the standard you would expect from Charley’s, it was a little tough and disappointing. I rarely give any kind of negative review because I understand everyone is trying their best but in this case it was the base product that didn’t meet the mark not the people or the location

    This is our "special occasion" "treat ourselves" go-to. There are a lot of restaurants in Orlando but this one is our favorite 😍 🙌 ❤️.

    Shelby, Fouzi, and Don were great servers! Prompt, always picking up or dropping off something, very accommodating, and just overall, offered a great dining experience! We’re there every year for our swimming pool convention, and We will be back again! Cheers.

    Our servers were both wonderful people who provided excellent service! They made us feel like we were important and like family. The appetizers and wine service were spot on! I split the 20oz Filet Tenderloin with another person at the table. The meat was undercooked (asked for Mid Rare) and almost cold. The fat in the middle of the had not even rendered at all. Not juicy at all. The flavor was good on the outside of the steak but far too rare on the inside. The sides were good but were just warm, need to be hot. Food always tastes much better when served hot! Dessert (Strawberry Cale) was excellent! Overall this restaurant is very good and has a great reputation! I believe this was a mistake which is easily corrected. I would definitely return, every restaurant can’t be perfect every single time!
