    My husband and I celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary and decided to try Chart House for the first time. Amber was our waitress, and the restaurant ambiance are very good. However the portion size for the amount of money charged is ridiculous. We won’t be returning the menu is limited and the amount of time spent waiting on our food to be prepared was disappointing. With an 8 o’clock reservation we felt held hostage waiting for dessert and the check to come we didn’t leave until 10:30.

    Pricey and extremely crowded. Could not get near the bar while we waited 45 minutes past reservation time. That said, good service and very good food.

    All of the staff was extremely friendly, but in spite of having reserved a table, we were still waiting for at least 20 minutes to be seated and there was very little space for all of the people who were waiting. One member of our party has a gluten allergy and we were surprised that, not only was there not a gluten free menu, but there were no items marked as gluten free on the menu. Our waiter was unfamiliar with what gluten free options were available and had to speak to the chef. We were told the crabcakes were gluten free (which was very surprising), but that turned out not to be true so our friend had to re-order. The prime rib was delicious, but the cauliflower steak was undercooked and not particularly flavorful. For the price, we would hesitate to return to this restaurant.

    The experience was very pleasant I took my wife there to celebrate her birthday. We had gone to several different restaurants in Annapolis in the past. Chart House was great the food and our waitress Sara she was awesome. Look forward to coming back soon.

    Whenever I’m in Annapolis, Chart House is a must! A+ service, food and ambiance.

    Our experience was pretty mixed. Nice ambience, but our table had a leaf that extended, but in resulted in one part of the table sloping down (and so silverware fell on the floor and a drink fell into someone's lap). Food was OK. Clam chowder was exceptional. Shrimp and Pasta was so so. Salmon was dry and overcooked Service was poor. Everything took too long (even though the restaurant was not full). Dinner took 3 hours, or about an hour longer than we wanted. For the price (>$100 per person) neither the service nor the food was up to snuff

    Weird experience. We came in Feb and asked for a table by the fireplace. It was on… and turned off about 5 minutes after we sat down. Waitress forgot stuff. She was polishing glassware instead paying attention to her tables. Food was ok, but for h the price, the whole experience should have been A+.

    Overall, I had a positive experience. This was my second visit to the restaurant, but once again, we weren’t seated on time for our reservation. This time, we were seated 45 minutes late. The manager's excuse was both patronizing and unacceptable. However, the attentive servers, bartenders, and delicious food helped to make up for his lack of awareness.
