    Very busy, but it was Christmas. Waiter was very good and checked in on us even though he was super busy. Always love Chart House for all my special occasion dinners.

    Made a reservation for Christmas dinner. Arrived 10 minutes before the reservation and was told it would be 45mins to an hour before we would be sat. I don’t know who is in charge of scheduling and reservations but they really ruined our Christmas dinner plans. I’ve had positive experiences in the past at the Chart house, but this experience will have me thinking twice before making dinner plans at the chart house.

    The wait staff could not have been any better, everyone from Desk, bar staff, wait staff were WONDERFUL! Excellent service

    Christmas dinner was a mess. We waited over an hour for our reservation and had to give up and eat in the bar. Never again,

    I really enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and location. However, I was disappointed with the wait time despite having a reservation. Waiting nearly an hour to be seated is unacceptable, especially when the only acknowledgment was a simple, "sorry for the wait." A brief delay of 10-15 minutes is understandable, but an hour is excessive. My time is valuable, and at the very least, offering a complimentary appetizer or another gesture would have shown better consideration for the inconvenience.

    Wait staff beyond outstanding, especially Zelle! The Holiday Menu was on point and Lobsters succulent and tender. I will definitely plan a second visit.

    Our reservations were for 4 people at 230 on Christmas. When we arrived we were told they were running one hour behind. Fortunately we only waited 30 minutes. This is an established upscale restaurant and we assumed they would have had much better time management with reservations-maybe taking fewer if necessary. That being said-our dinner was wonderful and our server was very good.

    We were happy that the Chart House was open on Christmas Day considering that most restaurants were closed. The food was very good as usual. Our server Amber was very friendly, professional, charming.

    Our family's Christmas dinner experience at Chart House in Annapolis was incredible. The dinner was delicious and the service was impeccable. Our waiter made perfect recommendations regarding wine choices and dinner entrees and was attentive throughout our dining experience.
