Our experience was great. We were seated by the window with a view of the ocean. The food was prepared to perfection. Simply a wonderful time.

There were 3 waiters standing around talking and one of our party of 6 had to leave our table to go over and ask why no one was coming over to take our orders. We got water and then no one came for 15 minutes. There were only 3-4 other tables of diners. Ed arrived at 2:30. Very disappointing. It’ll be a while before we return. The waiter Kevin acted as if we were an inconvenience. He was not welcoming nor friendly. It’s not surprising that it is not very busy. The food was good. No complaints about the kitchen.

In my opinion you can never go wrong with Chart House. When dining with folks who are not familiar with the Chart House menu, I always recommend the Macadamia Nut Mahi Mahi with the Spinach Salad with warm Bacon Dressing.

I had a special event here and reserved a table for 18 people for lunch on a Sunday. It was great, not busy, and we had a table with a great view. The service was excellent and we didn’t feel rushed or pressured. I was able to pre-order some bottles for the table before we were seated. My only negative is that I left two messages during the week to talk about the event and ask about having a set menu. I never received a call back, even when requesting to speak with a manager in the second message. So while I was nervous due to a lack of communication, the team really came through.

There's a very large waiter that is very loud and talkative that was distracting as he was speaking with any of the other service personal while doing closing chores at the station...it was almost as though he thought that the restaurant was empty...very unprofessional.

Our reservation was for seven didn’t get seated till 745. I ordered there halibut, but after 20 minutes, it came and told me that they were out of it. I had to settle for chicken at a fish restaurant.

I’ve been going to the Chart House for years the quality of the food improves with time. The service and ambiance are the best

Nice evening overall- prime rib was excellent but the Mac nut mahi was a little too much. Great service and view. Best to request and wait for a window table.
