We just love the the Chart House! It’s local and we are regulars! We love, Erik the waiter. Great personality and always great service.

Chart House always prepares and serves a wonderful meal.... However, this time, something was left to be desired...beginning with waiting 20 minutes for a 6:00 PM reservation. The Lobster Bisque and Clam Chowder soups were hot and tasty. The Prime Rib was excellent as were the sides. The Mahi was excellent...however...it was served tepid...the asparagus was limp and tepid...the rice was hot and wonderful. The Lava Cake never fails to impress. The restaurant had at least 2 large (at least 12 people) parties and we could not carry on a conversation due to the excessive noise throughout the restaurant.

Haven’t been to chart house in years, was a fairly regular customer. Went for our anniversary and didn’t enjoy. Service was slow. Appetizer plates weren’t cleared until we were done with entrees. Appetizers good. Lamb entree was over cooked and like warm. Baked potatoe was like warm. Had to finally ask for bread. Lobster risotto was to tight and not warm Fish entree was ok. Desert es ok but brûlées were properly bruleed. Server ignored that we hadn’t received bread or that our appetizer plates weren’t cleared Overall not good value

Alejandro was AMAZING. Never hurried us and we enjoyed a wonderful time. The food was exquisite. We were celebrating our 43rd anniversary and Alejandro mentioned it and congratulated us a couple of time. We had a fabulous experience and you are lucky to have him working there for you.

The whole experience was disappointing. Being ignored , waiting forever for the service. The food was bad, particularly the seafood pasta, so overcooked, the worst Caesar salad with barely any dressing in it if any couldn’t really tell. Not worth of going, at least not on New Year’s Eve. Not worth of the money spent! Won’t be back.

New Year’s Eve so very busy. I had looked at the menu online and had decided on the herb crusted Salmon. When we sat down we discovered a set menu and my. How e wasn’t on it. I ordered the Filet. The chopped salad was average. My steak was warm. I was happy you had A1 sauce. My husband’s Sea Bass was hot but the risotto underneath was warm. Jacob our server was great.
