   Great experience! Love the bar. Nice selections of wine. Food was delicious. our party ordered the Pasta and Shrimp Carbonara (outstanding); Key West Grouper and Lobster tail (both delicious). Our server, Paul was always around and attentive. Michelle, the Manager always makes sure you are totally satisfied. Looking forward to going back soon.

   The first impression was great but slowly went downhill from there. Extensive wine list. Beautiful location but mediocre food and service. Two entrees went missing and the simplest task of getting water seemed to be a challenge for our server. One meal was comped but eventually came out not as described and way al dente with overcooked shrimp. We left our celebratory dinner let down.

   I’ll start with that Our server was very excellent. When we arrived the desk attendant was having a personal conversation with a group and was not in a hurry to help so things started off that way. Our food was “OK”. Been going to Chart House’s for years in several cities and while this was not bad l, it just was not the experience I recall.

   My wife and I don't drink alcohol, just water. We are not the desired large bill caused by drinking couple. The disappointment was obvious in our waiter. Food was delivered 30 minute after ordering, food was good, not outstanding.

   An employee was cleaning the salad bar glass cover with Windex and paper towel while the salad bar was set up. However, she was not spraying directly onto the glass. She was spraying into the paper towel away from the salad bar, still this should be done prior to food being exposed.  The carpet under our table was soiled/dirty.

    Don’t order stone crab claws at the Chart House… save that order for South Beach! Picking stone crab out in fragments ruins the taste and experience. My husband’s sea bass was excellent! He loved it! Lobster bisque was perfect, as always. Lava cake was also super delicious!
