    My expensive prime rib was cold. I sent it back. We had a reservation and still waited 15 minutes to be seated. We have eaten at many Chart House restaurants but won’t go back to this one.

    We have dined at the chart house on a fairly regular basis as we are Landry’s select members. Four of us dined last night, the restaurant was very full.  The food was outstanding, but last night the service was extremely slow. We had a 6:15 reservation and we were just paying our bill at 8:45. Our salads and shrimp cocktail arrived at the same time, which was fine, and probably an hour later our meals finally arrived, we did not have dessert. So in 2 1/2 hours, our server only served food at our table twice. She was very friendly, but very clearly overwhelmed, and she could not keep up with her tables, it was a long time in between for us to be checked on, and even at the end, we waited an extra extraordinary amount of time just to pay our bill. We never had any kind of manager come to see how our meal was, which seemed unusual. The food was outstanding, and for that reason alone we will go back, possibly they were just having an off night.

    Lighter sauce on the calamari,sea bass was amazing, lobster was good.

    We had an issue that after making the reservation months in advance for 9:30 pm on 12/31/24 as soon as we sat they told us they were out of filet mignon. 3 members of our party were allergic to seafood. After I said that was unacceptable, they found 3 stakes. The manager came but she was not bothered by our situation. Andrea our server went far and beyond her duties to make us feel welcome, and the bar tenders too were very professionals and polite. The food was very good , if not for that first issue, I would have give them higher grade. But that kind of restaurant should have a manager up to their standards. We were not looking for discounts or freebies, just acknowledgement that we deserved to have all the items on the menu available to order .

    FOOD WAS GOOD. SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. PRICING WAS FAIR. LIMITED MENUE BEING NEW YEARS EVE. BEEN TO CHAT HOUSE DAYTONA BEACH MANY TIMES.

    Great New Years dinner late nite and good service. Excellent bar downstairs and congenial bar tenders. Always best place in town. Happy New Year

    Go to Chart House on a some what regular basis. The bar and service was great. Dinner, was sat and sat a very long time before anyone acknowledged us at our table. We then waited a very long time for drinks. Ordered dinner, and it was over an hour before we received our salad and soup. Dinner entrees took much longer than normal, but was good. Dessert was a mini lava cake that honestly I've had a better packaged brownie than was what they called "lava" cake. It was a very dry brownie like cake that was not even moist. It was horrible. Took over two and a half hours for dinner. Very disappointing from chart house.

    We went for New Years Eve. They had a fixed menu so it was limiting. Our Caesar Salad was very good. Our steaks were horrible. I asked for medium and it came out well done. The filet had no taste. My husband had the NY strip which was tasteless. My dessert chocolate lava was dry, and did not ooze any chocolate. Our server was very kind and apologized but it was a huge disappointment and not the quality I expect from Chart House.

    Very nice evening. Restaurant honored our reservation at the time booked. Everything went well with the exception of the filet mignon. It was tasteless. Worst filet I have ever had. Took one bite and stopped.
