    Amazing as always! I’m a gluten free vegan due to allergies and Chart House always takes incredible care of me!! Highly recommend!!!!!

    We used to enjoy fine dining about 30 years ago and after that, when ever we tried something, I didn’t think it was very good. My husband went to chart house on a business trip and really liked it, so we gave it a try in Vegas a couple of years ago. It was very good. Tried it again a couple more times on Vegas vacation and still good. But this time it wasn’t. Wait staff was great. I had the sea bass, a favorite and it tasted like it had been in a freezer too long. It didn’t taste freezer burnt, but had a not great texture. Buerre blanc sauce was ok but the grilled asparagus looked and tasted old. My husband’s salmon which was what I almost had, was cooked properly but I really didn’t like the sauce and I usually like miso. He thought it was ok. For what they charge it should have been a much better meal. Very disappointing.

    The ambience is amazing, the beautiful aquarium  the atmosphere, very relaxing atmosphere. Our very attentive servers were outstanding. We didn’t wait very long for our dinner and it was delicious.

    Great food, service and atmosphere. Waitress and manager was very accommodating for a birthday surprise for my friend. The aquarium floor to ceiling was behind our table. The fish were so beautiful we watched the fish and took pics before ordering. I definitely recommend the Chart House for a great experience.

    Food, drinks, ambiance, the waitress, etc. everything is great here! My only remark is a cultural thing; we would like more time between starters and entrees. We had our last bit of starter when the Prime Rib arrived (which was soo good!). So we had no time to get our new drinks with the meat. However; we will be back as soon as we are back in Vegas, we are fans!

    First of all, the place wasn't busy, so the service was very good when it came to our waiter. He was very informative and on top of the game. However, I ordered the salmon with a baked potato and drink. The salmon was very plan, and not warm, the baked potato wasn't cooked in the middle and it wasn't hot, but just warm with LOTS of Kosher salt on the outside skin. We did like the ambience of the place, but it definitely isn't worth the price you pay for the dinner. As far as going back, I doubt it. Oh and before anyone ask if we said something to our waiter about the food, we did not as we just didn't feel that it was worth the hassle.
