    Looked for a reasonably priced comfortable experience. Chart House met expectations. Wait staff is friendly and helpful. Limited menu, early dining, our choice was fine. My companion’s meal was perfect. My meal, a variety of shrimp scampi was seasoned well, pasta was cooked to perfection but the shrimp was OVERCOOKED and had the consistency of a rubber gasket. It is not that hard to cook shrimp correctly. In terms of promotion, the menu on line does not match that which the personable server delivered to us. Give it 4 Stars.

    We arrived early and sat at the bar. There were three bartenders. Two that spent more time talking to each other than customers. Then there was one that was frazzled, but nice and she tried to be attentive. The frazzled one took care of us but the cocktail she made was pretty gross. People moved from the other side of the bar and came to sit by us. They said they were hoping to be served because no one served them on the other side. Once seated for our dining experience, our server came over stood beside us, glared at us, and didn't speak until I said hello. Then she introduced herself, I am leaving out her name because I am hoping she was just having an off night. She remained unpleasant throughout our entire time but she did do her job which was to take our order and bring us our meal. We ordered Calamari, it was rubbery but had a nice flavor. I ordered the Surf n Turf, it was all over-cooked and had very little flavor. My husband ordered the twin tails, that was also, over-cooked but fine. And yes, I made the mistake of ordering a regular old-fashioned, not the one they listed on their menu because that was the disastrous drink I had at the bar. Yes, it was a mistake! The bartenders need some training. I hope our server has better days ahead. We visit the area often and are thankful they were open for Thanksgiving. However, that being said, we will not go back to the Chart House. There is a lot of unrealized potential there. The atmosphere is wonderful and it should be a special place. It just isn't.

    Never disappointed at Chart House. Thanksgiving menu was great. Twin lobster tails were delicious as was surf and turf - filet and shrimp. Desserts were yummy.

    Easter and Thanksgiving dinner were terrible. Other one offs sometimes have been excellent. Servers are always friendly and helpful. Thanksgiving - turkey was very salty. Mash potatoes had no flavor. Couldn’t finish meal. Very nice location. Wish food could be consistently high quality. It’s hit or miss.

    Great service and ambience. Table overlooking view. Good salad… my fish was ok but my partner loved the turkey dinner. Bit rushed for next seating but it was a holiday! The evening was mostly perfect!
