    Great variety of menu options. Food presentation and taste are exquisite. Server is professional and knows how to make the dining event special. Definitely recommend on Longboat Key!

    We froze. Ruined our entire experience. Crème bulie was ice cold and texture was horrible. They forgot about us so a very nice server came to ask if anyone was helping us. He was great ! But we had waited about 15 min. Before he came to serve us. He was from the other side of the room. Marcia francis 845-774-6961

    It was freezing inside snd outside. They said they couldn’t turn the heat up, if they couldn’t keep restaurant at proper temperature they should’ve be open

    The prime rib was over cooked and the Coconut shrimp was cold and cold sauce out of the refrigerator The waitress was nice but slow service from the kitchen! It was my anniversary and no special attention even mentioned !

    Eh. Food wasn’t as good as expected. Little bland. Would probably only go back to check out the happy hour.

    Dinner at Chart House for my wife’s Birthday was a really great experience. It started with our server delivering house menus to our table that were customized with a Happy Birthday message to my wife printed on the menus. Our server Preston was excellent and took great care of us and the food was outstanding. We had the coconut shrimp appetizer ( simply delicious) and the Prime Rib which was cooked perfectly. The chocolate lava cake for dessert was the cherry on top of a fantastic dinner. Thank you Chart House for making my wife’s birthday very Special.

    Our waitress was excellent and very attentive. The food was delicious and my prime rib was very tender and just right!! We had a table at the window and a wonderful view of the beautiful Gulf!! Wonderful evening!!

    Excellent in all ways. Waiter was attentive, pleasant and helpful. The ambience was very good. Unfortunately, because of the weather, we could not have our pre-dinner drink on the patio which is always wonderful.
