    We dined here on Christmas Day. The restaurant was extremely busy. I would say we waited quite a long time to get service initially and the pace of the entire meal was quite slow. The waiter did not fail on anything, he brought us everything we requested. Our water was always filled. He was very polite. It just took so long to get our main course and when it arrived one of our meals wasn’t very hot. Since we waited so long to get it, I chose to eat it, rather than return it. The quality of the food was good. My filet was perfectly cooked. I will return again in hopes that they aren’t as overwhelmed due to the large holiday crowd.

    Amazing food, Amazing service. Restaurant was very busy on Christmas day, but each staff member went out of their way to be friendly and personable. Will absolutely be going back!

    We were really disappointed in the overall quality of the meal. The sea bass was very fishy tasting & we’ve eaten that fish many times with never that taste. The vegetables with the lobsters were not seasoned well & very average in selection, mostly peppers, onions. The desserts were fine but For a special occasion (Christmas day) we went home less than satisfied. Our server said they had 900 reservations & he seemed rather rushed. We won’t visit again. There are too many excellent restaurants in the area.

    Excellent meal choices for a limited menu. Staff were exceptional as usual. David was our attentive server!

    We had a beautiful Christmas lunch. Our server, David, was knowledgeable of the menu, polite, efficient and added to the overall great experience.

    The restaurant atmosphere was nice, service was good but my steak was over cooked, mashed potatoes were cold and the other main meal was subpar too. Such a shame for a Christmas Eve dinner. The saving grace was the lobster bisque which was excellent! Too much mass produced food for a special night.

    It was a great Christmas Eve meal…a bit pricey but worth it due to the ocasión, location and quality of the meal.

    The Chart House holiday menu and experience just cannot be topped. The chefs are amazing and or server, Shane, is the best we have had anywhere.

    XMAS Eve dinner was fine. I ordered an old fashioned and I suspect there was only a single shot of whiskey (as opposed to the standard two). It was a disappointing drink. After that, I simply drank water for the rest of the meal. Great view and meal was ok.
