    This was a fabulous experience. The staff were very attentive and Kendall was amazing. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a place for special occasions.

    Our cedar plank salmon and prime rib. dinners were exceptional . My only negative was I was disappointed scallops were not on the menu

    They changed the bread from sourdough and squaw to something flavorless. Please bring back the good bread.

    Table selection was outstanding. Food was served at great temperature and plentiful. Lava cake dessert outstanding!! Our waiter was very attentive.

    Something was just off the whole night. It's not our usual experience. Stale bread that came after the salad. A table of four that was so drunk they were screaming and swearing all night. The server was sweet and kind, but the service was slow food. The food runner or another server dropped food without asking if we need anything else. Sat at table for 15 minutes before server even came up to us to take drink order.. Husbands steak was tough. We took it home to the dog

    Valet parking ~nice. Of the three hostesses only one greeted us and then they continued to gossip amongst themselves-not a great welcoming (assuming that’s their job). Seated at a window view - gorgeous- watched dolphins/pelicans frolicking and feasting on fish. The restaurant was mostly senior dinners (50-70’s) the noise level got really loud the later it got. Early bird dinner for the 3 of us. Wine list was impressive- ordered a really nice bottle. Do not expect wild caught seafood, most items were farm raised. Appetizer of firecracker shrimp was disappointing, soggy and bland other than the sauce. Clam chowder was excellent. Prime rib delicious, mashed potatoes were ehhh. Desserts were included, brûlée-lemon something and ice cream. Brûlée was soggy - terrible- thank goodness Chef Ramsey wasn’t there or else 🤬😤😠 Our wait staff was excellent, ask for Donny. If you’re looking for ambience- this will not disappoint but fine dining- mediocre.

    One member of our party is vegetarian, and our server, Jessica, told us there was a vegetarian menu. However, when she brought it out, after having to be reminded to do so, it only had 1 vegetarian option, aside from salad. The solitary option, a veggie burger, was selected and came out bone dry, not even any cheese. Mayo, bbq sauce, and honey mustard were requested, but the restaurant had none of those options available. Very disappointing.

    This was our first time to visit Chart House - it was so wonderful! The view of the river at dusk, the options and quality of food was remarkable, our server Jessica was attentive, professional, and personable. The only drawbacks were, valet-only parking, a lack of espresso style drinks made available (quality of coffee should be superior), and the ambient noise. While it was not a deal breaker for us, the conversational noise level was a frustration - although, with the design of the space, there is not anything that could be done to change that. Marking the noise level as "energetic" is not how I would describe the ambiance; for people with hearing issues, a close conversation would be difficult. We will be back!
