    Outstanding Service from Waiter L! I had the pleasure of dining with a large group of 13, and Waiter L went above and beyond to ensure we had an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, they handled our table with professionalism, efficiency, and a warm attitude that made us feel truly welcome. Despite the challenge of serving such a large group, Waiter L was incredibly attentive, ensuring our drinks were always full, our orders were accurate, and any special requests were met with a smile. His ability to manage multiple orders seamlessly while maintaining a friendly and engaging demeanor was truly impressive. The level of service provided made our meal not just enjoyable but memorable. It’s rare to find someone who can balance speed, accuracy, and genuine hospitality so effortlessly. Thank you, Waiter L, for making our night outstanding—we’ll definitely be back and asking for you again!

    Great spot for a Valentine’s date. Food was amazing and the view from the riverboat is always beautiful.

    I recently dined at The Chart House on Valentine's Day, and it was a delightful experience! The service was wonderful, making us feel special throughout the evening. The drinks were fantastic, perfectly complementing our meals. I especially enjoyed the snapper, which was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend this place for a romantic night out!

    The food was excellent. Rainy night but still excellent views. The Shrimp Beignets, Lobster Bisque, Swordfish, Stuffed Shrimp, and Lava Cake were all delicious.

    The food and service were perfect! Our only issue would be seeing diners either ball hats on, some backwards, jeans or ripped jeans… skin tight body suits. Can we not have one nice place to dine? We want to come back but if this doesn’t change then we won’t.

    Food was excellent. Prices are a bit high but main dish portions are large enough to share or serve for a take-home meal the next day. Wine prices however are very high. Our server was very good, but perhaps because it was a Saturday night, service not perfectly paced. Our main courses were served before we had finished our appetizers. Otherwise a very nice experience in a very nice environment.

    Server, Trey’c was absolutely AMAZING!!! Wait was long due to V Day however it wasn’t a terrible wait. Manager is a little serious but she made things happen. Overall it was a great experience because the food was cooked to perfection and our server was a 10/10.

    Valentine’s Day dinner with my wife. Reservation was at 5:30 and was seated within 15 minutes, which was fine. Our service came to the table within 10 minutes to get our drink order. By 6:00 we had placed our order, which was a special dinner for 2 for the day. All was good. Then, our food arrived at the table at 7:10, YES an hour+ 10 minutes later! Another 15 minutes after our good until our dessert(part of the “special“ arrived) We’ve been eating here on special occasions for several years and never has it taken 3 hours.

    Ordered 2 pounds if crab legs , certainly was served anywhere near lbs of crab legs, checked in and sat at bar, after about 10 minutes a girl came to bar area and began yelling my name loudly , yelling Going Once! Going Twice!! It was So Unbelievably Rude
