Chart House has always been a great place . There have been many special occations celebrations there. We made a reservation for Thanksgiving one month in advance. Arrived fifteen minutes early and waited (and waited) over an hour for a table. Regardless of food, surroundings and service, the evening was deflated due to highly incompetent management. A restranteer once told me it's not how many you are seating on a given night, it's how many will come back. I'm not planning to go back.

Had 5:45 reservations. Wasn't seated until 6:15. I know it was Thanksgiving, but please plan accordingly. Once seated. our server was very nice, but service was extremely slow. It became obvious why we were seated late. There were not enough servers and food was taking forever to come out. Didn't leave until abut 9:15, not because we sat for a long time, but becuase service wa slow. There was not enough staff to accommodate. Also ran out of sweet potatoes for the turkey platter and it was a fixed menu and we ordered 4 cheesecake slices for desert, but by the time it came around to desert we were told there was no cheesecake left. Was this the first time Charthouse was open on Thanksgiving? There was some extremly poor planning for the evening.

Terrible. Grumpy or untrained staff. Poor management. A train wreck. Won’t be going back. Miserable holiday dining experience.

It seemed like they were rushing us to leave. We had a 5:00 reservation but weren’t seated until 5:50. Then the courses were stacked on top of each other. I specifically asked the waitress to slow the time between courses but I wasn’t even done with the salad and the main course was already being placed on our table. It was the same between the appetizer and the salad. The restaurant was loud as well. In addition my meat was under-cooked but I had already complained and didn’t want to be rude to a waitress clearly running around ragged.

Noise level high, with tables crowded together. Uniformly good staff. PARKING was Nightmare. Why is a "minimum" number of characters required for an assessment of your restaurants service? DUMB, but I have now achieved your minimum.

Waitress was not very attentive. Kind of grumpy and not happy. Had to be reminded many times and service never came for our drinks. So we went to the bar to buy our drinks. I know its Thanksgiving but if you cant take the heat, then get out of the kitchen. Management needs to train better. Many come to enjoy themselves especially at the higher cost. Not happy and disappointed.

Nice but not special enough for Thanksgiving. They brought our main dish while we were still eating out starter and left it on the table. Not really what I expected from the Chart House.
