    The service was excellent very friendly did not wait long. The food was good atmosphere was nice. Enjoyed our dinner.

    Service was very good but food was not good. We ordered the calamari and sent it back the first time since it had too much sauce. The second order was over cooked and tasted terrible.

    We had great expectations about the Chart House but became disappointed. Location is great as well as the ambiance however the staff seemed overwhelmed and unprepared. We ordered drinks at the bar while waiting for our table. The bar staff seemed anxious and overworked, dropping a few items and looking very disorganized. Wine was poured on a wet glass with pieces of cork inside. Not up to standards. Restrooms were satisfactory. We were taken to a nice table with a view on the third floor. Our server introduced herself right away but then took a very long time to take our order. A different server brought the wine we ordered and dropped the bottle on the flour right in front of us. Luckily the bottle did not break but this shows that the staff is not well trained. The food was very good. We had the fried green tomatoes to start — delicious. For dinner we had the Mahi and the Flounder entrees and they were both very good. For dessert we had the Creme Brulee sampler, it was okay, not spectacular. Before we finished eating staff started cleaning the tables and floor next to us. Not appropriate. Overall the food was very good but service needs improvement.

    Went to celebrate my husband’s birthday - had noted that in my OT reservation. We were surprised with a personified birthday message printed into the top of our menu - which was fun. Our server was excellent - and food delicious. I bet we are back for our next special event

    It took almost an hour to get our food. After we finished eating, it took 30 minutes for the waitress to clear the table, even after we asked her to clear the table. 3 hours later we were finally leaving the restaurant.

    It was our first visit!! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal!! Food was delicious & the service was great!! We will definitely be back!!
