    This was a 3-hour ordeal. The scenery is fantastic and the food is very good. But, tonight the service was extraordinarily poor. Despite having a reservation at 6:30 p.m., it took us almost 30 minutes to get seated. Then our waiter did not take our food order for almost an hour. Then, it took another hour before the food ever arrived. It was incredibly frustrating and the manager only compensated us $55 on a bill for a party of 12. Very disappointing.

    Prime rib was overcooked, there was no A-1 steak sauce. My red wine came late when I had almost finished my steak. We ordered creme brûlée and was told 15 minutes later they were already out. I came here on January 2nd to treat my teenage sons…what a HUGE letdown! Waitress said they were swamped on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day and ran out of some dishes. Why won’t they post that on their website ahead of time so diners can opt out ahead of time?

    Two things to help. 1) The music is annoying. Poor sound quality. Just don’t play music. 2) Lighting at night was too bright. The picture lighting detracts from seeing the city lights. Don was great. He knows his stuff and he made the night great.

    Service needs some attention and time it takes to place order and receive food. Food was delicious. Got noisy quickly.

    Great experience our server was very attentive The view is amazing. I recomend arriving around 5pm so you can see the sunset

    Good food and cool view, but poor service took away from experience. Had a reservation and still had to wait to get seated. Whole dining experience took nearly 2.5 hours; approx 2 hours of it was probably spent waiting. Bummed and wouldn’t go again. I’d only recommend with the warning that you will be waiting for drinks, food, and bill longer than you typically would at another restaurant.

    The food was wonderful and our waiter was very nice. They were clearly understaffed that day as we were there over an half an hour before they even took a drink order. We almost left after the long wait but waiter was finally able to take our order and decided to go ahead stay.. The view is incredible and the table setting was lovely.
