    Our server Jarvis was amazing! We went to celebrate our anniversary and Jarvis made sure to make it special in many ways, It was by far the best experience we have ever had. The food and drinks were amazing, we will be back!

    Ambiance was great and wait staff was attentive. Food quality was average amongst nicer restaurants and prices a little higher than competitors. We ordered dessert with our meal since the menu stated 30 minute preparation time, but it still wasn’t started until dinner plates cleared. Reservation asked if we were celebrating an occasion (which we were), but it wasn’t mentioned by staff and it wasn’t recognized with candle or “Happy Birthday” message on dessert.

    The dining experience was great - and the service. When we left we stood in line about 30 minutes waiting on an elevator that never came the line behind us was about 25 people! We kept asking the hostess what was going on and they didn’t really respond the other elevator opened and they said that was only going to the observation floor we kept waiting with no input from the staff except just to wait. People were getting quite frustrated. We finally decided to take the other elevator and it took us straight down- why did they tell us not to take that one?? the entire incident was a circus

    First let me start by saying that I have been to the Chart House many times over a number of years and had always had a decent experience. This time however…it was awful. From the moment we reached the hostess stand, to finally being let up to the restaurant and taken to our table and even the service and food was awful. Look, it’s expensive. We expect good service. We waited 15 minutes at our table before the waiter even acknowledged us. Everything was slow. The food was slow, the waiter kept forgetting to put in our orders, we got our 30 minutes after we ordered it and our bisque about 50 minutes into us ordering (still not sure how that happened). The prime rib used to be decent but…not this time. When we were trying to leave, there was a line of around 40 people or so trying to get out. Only one elevator was working and they were prioritizing those that went to the observation deck so all of us had been waiting over 20 minutes just to get back to the lower floor. The manager knew about it but didn’t address it publicly as patrons were getting quite irritated. All in all, find an alternate restaurant…it’ll suit you better.

    The experience was amazing. Service, food, ambiance and specially our server was attentive. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

    Everything About it was terrible from the amount of food time that I had to wait for my food from the amount of people that got there after me that got their food before me and left before me everything about it sucked. I would not suggest this place to anybody.
