Afternoon tea is quite simply an unforgettable experience here at Cheal’s. We offer a fabulous 2 course afternoon tea served daily. Each course is lovingly prepared by our in-house pastry team, using traditional ingredients. Choose from nine different teas, cocktails or a glass of prosecco or champagne, for a truly memorable occasion. Wednesday - Saturday: 12:30pm – 2:00pm £55 per person Please note that we require at least 48 hours' notice for this booking type. Bookings made with under 48 hours' notice may not be honoured.

Tuesday 31st of December. Celebrate New Year's Eve with us at Cheal's. Enjoy 6 courses of our finest tasting plates, showcased by our award-winning chefs, using the very finest produce. Bookings available from 18:00 until 20:45. Join us afterwards for a complimentary glass of bubbles at Warren's bar, as we toast the end of 2024 and start of 2025. Please note that bookings will be allocated in The Lounge and Main Restaurant. Requests are not guaranteed, but our team will do their best to accommodate. Sommelier's selection wine flight is available for additional £100 per person. Dietary requirements available by advance request. No advance menu will be available.

Friday, January 31st Our award-winning chefs will prepare 9 of their finest tasting plates, showcasing their cooking skills using the very finest produce. Your experience will start at our bar for an arrival champagne & a welcome by our Chef Director Matt Cheal. You will get to sample the wines recommended by our Sommelier before proceeding to our kitchen tour. You will then be accompanied to our Private Dining Room where the evening’s dining will begin. Courses will be served & described by our chefs & front-of-house staff. No advance menus – at the discretion of our chefs. Starting strictly at 6 pm. Approximate finish time of 10.30pm Dietary requirements available by advance request.
