                                                                                      Short Rib was delicious and the waiter took great care of us. However we had a reservation and still had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. Additionally it was very loud and difficult to hear our party at times.

                                                                                      We had a wonderful family dinner for 7. The booth allowed us to easily chat and share appetizers. Excellent burrata, calamari, and Caesar salad. The steaks and prime rib were very tender and flavorful. Our server was also excellent. She paced everything perfectly, was attentive without being intrusive, and very pleasant. Great restaurant and great value!

                                                                                      We love the ChopHouse. We’ve been several times and always have wonderful food and exceptional service. This latest trip was to celebrate my elderly friend. They were so kind to accommodate her disability by seating us close in one of the beautiful banquettes. Our server Lacy was on top of everything from the minute we were seated. Top notch service. It’s our favorite spot and the early specials on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday can’t be beat for quality and price. Prime rib was outstanding. Extra great evening.

                                                                                      2 of us split the cattle feast with 3 meats, had oysters on the half, and some sides. Service was top notch. Food was perfectly cooked.

                                                                                      I have been there twice now, first time was really good, this past time wasn’t as good. I found the steak to be a little underwhelming. Much better the first time. I also found the calamari to be a bit greasy. Other than that, it was fine.

                                                                                      The food here is undeniably fantastic and the one highlights of the evening. Every dish was well-prepared, flavorful, and worth savoring. However, the overall experience left a sour impression Parking was a nightmare, and we ended up having to park in the lot of the shopping center downhill and walk up. No valet!. Our reservation didn’t seem to hold much weight either, as we waited an additional 24 minutes past our scheduled time. While the waiter assigned to our table was attentive and friendly, the same cannot be said for the floor manager. When I attempted to ask a question during his table rounds, the manager stopped, made eye contact, and then turned away to address the table next to ours without a word. This dismissive attitude was shocking, especially in a restaurant that markets itself as a high-end dining establishment. This seemed to extend to the other floor managers, as they made a point greeting every person who was not well dressed, or within large group, but walked past us with fleeting glances, again and again. Which seemed odd, all things considered. We spent $250 on food, drinks, and an addition significant amount for a tip, and that was just for for two people. This is consistent with other upscale restaurants we frequent. However, this restaurant lacked the personal touch and attention to detail that typically elevate a dining experience to this price point. While the food is a standout, the service, especially from management, and lack of polished hospitality detract significantly. For any restaurant to compete at the high-end level, part of that is to make a point to elevate the interaction with the customers. It isn't the random group that drives your establishment, it's building the frequent relationships with first time customers. We may come back for the food, but it will not be the top of our "date night" list when there are equally as good or better places. Food isn't everything, especially in this price range.

                                                                                      Great restaurant and definitely needed for this area. My steak was perfect and my wife had an amazing sea bass entree. Only problem was that we had a 7:30 reservation and was not seated until 8:10. The restaurant was crowded but no excuse for that.
