We went to Chevy's for their Valentine's Day Special. Needless to say it was busy. And our server was handling 5 tables and some had 10 people. And he did the best he could. There was a little bit of a wait for our order but it was delicious. I got the chicken/steak fajitas and my wife the surf and turf. And the owey gooey dessert. Plus it came with champagne. Ok not a high quality champagne but good. It was a little too loud for us. But overall we had a really nice experience. If you want real Mexican food go to El Noverillo or Carmalita's. But $60 for two you can't beat that.

We had 845 reservation and did not get seated till 935… luckily we had a good waiter And food was good …

Upon making a reservation at the restaurant, we anticipated a smooth dining experience. However, upon our arrival, we were taken aback when we were only seated after a long 55-minute wait. What perplexed us even more was the fact that the table we were eventually shown to had been empty the entire time we stood waiting. Opting for the 3-course meal, our disappointment only grew as the first course failed to make an appearance. By the time the second course was finally served, a frustrating 45 minutes had passed since our belated seating. Wisps of impatience and frustration clouded our initial eagerness to indulge in a delightful meal. The very essence of our presence at the restaurant had been tainted by hues of dissatisfaction. All we wanted was to enjoy our meals and swiftly retreat from the lackluster ambiance that enveloped us, not immersed in the disappointing saga that unfolded before us. The promised dining experience was a far cry from our expectations, leaving us disheartened and yearning for a more seamless encounter. In the end, what we encountered was a narrative of unmet anticipations, culminating in a regretful lackluster saga that lingered in the aftermath of our visit.

Great Food, Great service. Tom was very attentive and the host he was great too. The kitchen staff prepare the best food in Sacramento and do it fast

The only issue we had was a drink cup had a crack in it and was leaking onto the table, but they took care of it. It was an awesome experience.

Angelita is the best! I'm a "regular" & she gets my picky order correct & fulfills my requests to a "T". This is the best Chevy's hands down!!

Love the food and the drinks! The Margarita Flight paired with the sampler was amazing the fried icecream is to die for!!! And everyone is so nice and courteous, love it!!

I enjoy this place, I had to be very patient because it was New Years Eve and the server had just about every table, I was annoyed because I ordered a trio dip and was server the dip with no chips and had to wait 10 minutes before I got it. But was still understanding because it was New Yers Eve and probably had call outs

Consistently delicious. Crowded and understaffed but our waiter was amazing. Took great care to make sure our kids got their food promptly, watched the table and brought their dessert right after we were served so they were happy and we could enjoy our entrees. Great experience.
