Welcome to Chez Billy Sud, your classic neighborhood French bistro in the heart of historic Georgetown!

We accept reservations for dinner on a rolling 30 day basis. Reservations can be made for parties up to 6 guests for bistro dining. Our private dining room can be reserved for large parties (7-16 guests) by contacting our event coordinator at events@chezbillysud.com. For general inquiries, please contact us at info@chezbillysud.com.

Depending on the weather, our patio is available on a first-come basis. Please check with your host upon arrival for patio seating.

Our Bar à Vin (located right next door) is open for dinner and drinks 7 days a week and requires no reservations.

Service was excellent, food was delicious! Bread was stale, but when we reported this, we got a new basket with fresh bread. Otherwise, excellent!

If I could I would give it six stars. One of the best restaurants we’ve been in a long time. Scallop appetizer and Sea Bass entree out of this world, Steak-Frites and Yellow Fin Tuna entrees exceptional, Crème Brûlée excellent. Nice cocktails. Perfect service, on top of everything without being too much. Outdoor seating at 5pm, very pleasant. Inside of the restaurant charming as well. A must if you’re in Georgetown area or anywhere in DC, for that matter!

We had the absolute best dinner last night at Chez Billy Sud! Food, drinks and ambiance were all incredible, and we loved our service from Susan. I will be returning for as many special occasions as I can in the future!

The cities little French restaurant. Food was wonderful. The onion soup is rich and authentic. The steak tartare and escargots was just as you would want it. Dessert was also fantastic perfect crème brûlée for taste to texture and a chocolate ganache cake was sublime. I would comeback.

We discovered Chez Billy Sud on a recent weekend visit to Washington DC for a birthday celebration. Everything was perfect: the ambiance was great, the service was excellent, the food was delicious (salmon for me--cooked perfectly!), and the location relative to our hotel, was ideal. I would most assuredly enjoy the opportunity to return to sample another delightful meal.
