Chez Georges is a restaurant that deviates in everything from other restaurants and that is probably what the regular guests appreciate. We love that people often come back. Chez Georges is a small restaurant where we can welcome about 30 -35 guests. Because there are three floors, you have people around you, but you mainly experience the intimate security of your own company. A bit like a living room. Each table is sold only once a night. This allows us to spend a lot of time on our guests. Most guests stay at Chez Georges all night long. Enjoying different walks and taking all the time for each other's company. This is due to the attention the cook gives to each course and the fresh products he uses. Of course he keeps taking the time of the year into account again. It is mainly due to the aim to serve you at a high level. The food is prepared according to the classic French cuisine. Much attention is paid to the decoration and preparation of the sauces.

The space was super cozy, the service was intimate and attentive, and the food was outstanding! 10/10 recommend.

Chez Georges is one of the best restaurants I have eaten at, and the service was beautiful. The staff was friendly and at the same time respectful. The food was delicious. And most of all, the staff had accommodated my special request professionally and in a charming way. I would suggest Chez Georges to anybody who comes to Amsterdam and have a gastronomic experience.

Intimate seating with attentive wait staff. We ordered off the fixed prix and ala cart, both were delicious. Nice wine selection.

A simply wonderful, intimate dining experience. Your host fully explains the menu and will happily personalize an item to your tastes. Excellent food quality and preparation enjoyed at a relaxed pace. Highly recommended.

Outstanding in every respect! We were spoiled by the host. Enjoyed the chefs menu and wine arrangement- beautiful wines.

We picked this restaurant because it was in the area we were staying and it looked interesting. We are glad that we did. The service was excellent and the food delicious. We felt very welcomed and had a wonderful meal. It is on our list for the next visit.

Waiter was terrific. Recommendations were perfect. The food is truly GREAT! Each course was better than the previous one. Disappointed we did not speak French, but a great find and well worth the price! Must do in Amsterdam if you like French food. Excellent!!

This is the most intimate and high-end dining experience in Amsterdam. The restaurant seats less than 25 people and it is always in high demand. Be sure to call prior to 12:00pm the day of your reservation to reconfirm as this is required. The dining experience is tailored to your tastes with many multi-course options that are well explained by the manager. The emphasis is on quality and spending at least two to three hours enjoying the authenticity. One can tell that a lot of effort and skill is involved in preparing this flavorful and authentic Belgian food. The atmosphere is intimate and traditional since the restaurant has a long and rich history.
