The Chicago Rib Shack is a London favourite, serving All-American greats including a selection of mouth-watering ribs, juicy burgers and mind-blowingly good chicken - accompanied perfectly by our infamous Onion Loaf (which is still made to the same recipe)! All our ribs are smoked for hours over apple-wood, while our burgers are lovingly hand-minced. Both are served alongside dangerously good milkshakes, classic American craft beers and homemade Ice Teas and Lemonades. Our ‘Rib Shack week’ kicks off with 50% off food every Monday night - yes, you heard correctly! Turned up and the restaurant has only been closed down. Shockingly I thought they'd have learnt the lesson but it appears not.

Bottomless brunch was good. I had the big breakfast and it most certainly lived up to its name. My friends unfortunately had the chicken and waffle and were disappointed with the portion size, one had to order extra food. All in all, food was tasty. Prosecco was nice, choice of bellini, mimosa or rum punch. They topped glasses up fairly regular. Would have been nice if the waitress had told us when our time was coming to an end because we lost track and would have savored our last glass. Ordered more drinks and lovely bar tender brought them to the table. Nice decor and ambiance. Good location

We had a voucher which was amazing value, 3 courses for 2 people for £29. The layout is really appealing and we had really good service from the staff. My only negatives were that there were only 3 couples in there and it was lacking atmosphere a bit for a Friday night. The mac and cheese balls and baby back ribs were lovely.

The heating was broken (had been for two weeks apparently!) and therefore it was pretty cold. The food was pretty average. Not bad but nothing to write home about. The WiFi was also broken which meant they had no music either so the atmosphere was not as good as it could be. Staff were nice. Decor in there is lovely and it was huge potential, but think with the right manager and some love it could be great!

The Resturant was cold the entire time, we were told only to sit in specific seats because there was only two of us, for then couples to sit in those seats anyway. We ordered are food first out of all the people in the resturant, we got given our food last as the waitress gave our food to another couple, they new they had messed up but never told us and just ignored us until we mad an issue of it. We also ordered drinks that never happened until we ordered them again. It has potential but just seems unorganised. P.s Do not get the shakes with spirits, they are expenisve and you do not even notice it, for all I know they didnt even add any.

Very poor evening - no wonder the place is deserted - more staff than customers and very poor service. From the restaurant's name, one would have expected Ribs to be available but along with most other stuff one expects from a restaurant, they were also off the menu.
