As soon as you enter Chima, you will be pleased with the wonderful ambiance, decor, and superior customer service that our dining experience offers to all our guests.

Our meats are prepared and grilled to perfection by our Meat Chefs (Gauchos) and brought to your table cooked to your liking. Offering unlimited servings of over 15 cuts of meat, including Angus top sirloin (our famous cut, Picanha), lamb, ribeye, filet mignon, beef ribs, shrimp, salmon, sausage, chicken, and more. Our gourmet salad bar offers a wide variety of items. All of our items are prepared with the freshest and highest-quality ingredients.                                         Had a delicious meal, meats where extremely tender and cooked to perfection, enjoyed the shrimp and salmon as well, our waitress Vanessa was very attentive and constantly came by to check if we needed anything and if all was to our liking. Cant wait to go back!!!! Delicious!!!

                                        This place is amazing, I don't have words can describe the service I has in that they gauchos very helpful and friendly always pending with us, Walter the waitress was incredible, manager and gaucho's captain I'm not sure if I have to called like that but was very friendly, I just can say thanks for my grateful experience that day

                                        Hosting my husbands birthday. Dinner was amazing. Hugo was our waiter, handled the table perfectly. Everyone was so sweet and nice. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming again.

                                        Unfortunately the marinated wings were a bit dry and the filet mignon was overdone and had the texture of stew beef. Everything else was great and the service was amazing very attentive staff!
