As soon as you enter Chima, you will be pleased with the wonderful ambiance, decor, and superior customer service that our dining experience offers to all our guests.

Our meats are prepared and grilled to perfection by our Meat Chefs (Gauchos) and brought to your table cooked to your liking. Offering unlimited servings of over 15 cuts of meat, including Angus top sirloin (our famous cut, Picanha), lamb, ribeye, filet mignon, beef ribs, shrimp, salmon, sausage, chicken, and more. Our gourmet salad bar offers a wide variety of items. All of our items are prepared with the freshest and highest-quality ingredients.                                         Chima may well be the best Brazilian Steakhouse out there. The food is amazing. The service is stellar. The ambiance is terrific. Besides all the steak, make sure you try the pineapple and the cheese with honey!

                                        Last night's experience at Chima was truly exceptional. The service was impeccable, with our server being attentive, knowledgeable, and able to effortlessly cater to our needs. The food was equally impressive, and bursting with flavor. We were particularly delighted by the stuffing, which was a standout. The overall atmosphere was warm and inviting, making for a truly memorable dining experience. We can't wait to return and explore more of the menu.

                                        The salad bar well stocked and clean. Everything looked and tasted fresh. The meat was excellent and the selections were brought around often.

                                        Wow! One of the best Brazilian steakhouse visits we’ve had! We started with the cheese and honey, and it was delicious. The first meat we had were lamb chops, and they were some of the best we’ve ever tried. Super tender with a great marinade. We also had amazing tomahawk (included with the complete menu, which we’ve never had at a rodizio). They serve it on Tuesdays and Wednesdays! Meat highlights were the lamb chops, tomahawk, beef ribs, and lamb leg. Filet, garlic picanha, salmon, and Cajun ribeye were all good as well. Picanha was ok, but not too much fat. The beef ribs and tomahawk made up for that! Janissa, our server, Roberto, Fernando, Francisco, and the rest of the gauchos did a fantastic job and provided perfect service! We’ll definitely be back!

                                        Had a delicious meal, meats where extremely tender and cooked to perfection, enjoyed the shrimp and salmon as well, our waitress Vanessa was very attentive and constantly came by to check if we needed anything and if all was to our liking. Cant wait to go back!!!! Delicious!!!
