Welcome, Sundance 2025 Guests! We are thrilled to offer a special Prix Fixe Menu to elevate your festival experience. This exclusive two-course menu includes: Choice of Appetizer, Soup, or Salad. One Entrée. Reservation Policy: To provide a seamless dining experience for all our guests, a $25 per person fee will apply for "no-call, no-show" reservations. Our favorite restaurant in Park City for almost 30 years! The entire Chimayo team is beyond stellar and always delivers perfection with a smile. Amazingly consistent and always worth the visit. Thank you Julie, Arturo, Mike and the entire team❤️

We are locals and long time guest, never have we been disappointed. Julie and Chef Arturo were gracious as they always are, Kent our waiter was perfect. Ordered multiple appetizers and main meal, bass and Elk was great. Timing between courses to table was right on and seasoned perfectly. Never rushed even when its crazy busy. Excellent dinner event ending with a very pleasant night out. Thank you to you all for what you do.

We were seated and a group of six were seated after us. We did not get a beverage menu. The waiter came and spoke to the table of six went over all the specials and took their drink order. He finally acknowledged us and then we got drink menu. My appetizer and meal was so so for the price.

Whilst an apology will regrettably not alter the outcome of your experience on this occasion, we do extend it with all sincerity. We certainly empathize regarding the points you mention in your review, especially the poor service you received and the quality of your food. This is level of service is certainly not acceptable. We hadn't visited Chimayo for some time, boy was that a mistake. The food was even better than I remember. Service top notch and the vibe was excellent.

As a local to PC, it’s been awhile since we ate at Chimayo since there’s no shortage of fine restaurants here. The meal was excellent, I had the salmon special and my wife had the elk, both dinners were prepared and presented with excellence. Our server, Kent, was fantastic, he did his job well and knew how the various meals were prepared and offered his suggestions when questioned. We will definitely go back again soon and if you’re new to PC, you should too, you won’t regret it and be sure to ask for Kent as your server!
