   The best fine dining in northern Colorado. From the front to back of house, the team is exceptional and focused on a uniquely satisfying experience. Host Lauren started the great evening with a warm greeting. No long after being seated, Karen had prepared a remarkable Vesper cocktail perfectly prepared. Rose perfectly matched wines from the special Coravin menu with the chefs creations of spring pea gnude and coulotte with haricots verts dishes. Superb!

   Wonderful experience and lovely menu...we did tasting menu and pairings. Only reason for a lower star on service this time was simply time to arrival of first bite (bread came after) was in the realm of 40 min as there was a rush at 7pm. Staff worked hard to handle that well and with grace and enthusiasm. Still a favorite place to celebrate and enjoy fien cuisine, and we recommend to everyone!

   We enjoyed our evening at Chimney Park. Our server was nice and attentive, the scallops were cooked perfectly and the steaks were tasty and done to our liking. The wine we chose was enjoyable.

   Chimney Park has always been our favorite place to go. The staff was amazing and gave great recommendations with the wine. We have never had a bison new york strip before and it was amazing along with the sea bass that my wife ordered. The owner Jason also came out to greet guest and tell his story of becoming a chef. If anyone is looking for a nice dining place in the northern Colorado area this is the place to go. Can't wait for the patio to open in the summer.

   While the ambiance and service were excellent the food just couldn’t keep up. The menu offerings looked promising but between temperature issues (cold crab cakes), “lobsterless” bisque, vinegar forward mushrooms and poorly presented foie gras, we left disappointed. Note: the octopus was excellent! Plenty of other menu items to try ( we will be going back) so here’s hoping we dined in on a bad night.

   We have never had a bad meal or service at Chimney Park and tonight was no exception. Alexa is THE best server, hands down. She makes an exceptional dirty martini (without me even having to remind her of my preferences), always makes sure our meals are expertly paced, and we never have to ask for anything. We have been coming here for many years and even though we have moved out of state and just return when we are in town, we are still treated like regulars. Our party of three enjoyed the scallops, the bison, and the pork this evening, and all were cooked to perfection. The greens and beet salads were fresh and flavorful, and we wrapped up with a delightful crème brûlée featuring grapefruit sections and pistachio brittle. The food, service, and atmosphere here are arguably the best in Colorado, and this is one of our favorite restaurants anywhere. Thanks, Alexa, Jason, and team!

    We enjoyed our dinner at Chimney Rock. The lobster bisque was delicious. My wife's ribeye was perfectly cooked. My bison stop was also cooked perfectly. The sauce for the strip, however, tasted burned. (I'm not a foodie but my wife is and she agreed with me.) The server was friendly and responsive. I highly recommend Chimney Rock. Be wary of the strip sauce, though.
