We are pleased to announce our menu release, and books are now open for the Immortal Estate Wine Dinner on Tuesday, March 11th! The reception begins at 5:30 p.m. and seated dinner approximately 6:15 p.m. Please RSVP to this email address for your reservation! (This dinner was rescheduled from September 10th, 2024). Join us with proprietor, Daniel Nichols, as he shares the story of his family’s Immortal Estate Winery, and the rebranding of Hidden Ridge (article in link) https://bit.ly/3AdaKWw in Sonoma County. The magnificently steep vineyards of Immortal Estate are among the steepest in California, planted on a dramatic 55-degree slope on the Mayacamas range on the west side of Spring Mountain. We are pleased to present these wines that are not available to the public (Sauvignon Blanc, Rosé, and library Hidden Ridge vintages). With 2, 100-point wine scores for Impassable Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon and consistently highly rated Slope Cabernet Sauvignons, join us as we celebrate our cuisine with these amazing wines! Cheers! This Valentine’s Day was truly one to remember. I took my wife and daughter to celebrate love, and from the moment we arrived, we were met with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. The highlight of the evening was a special treat from Chef Jason himself—an exquisite Potato Mille-Feuille, served as a sample before our starters. Every visit to Chimney Park is a delight, and it remains our favorite date spot. The exceptional service and outstanding cuisine never disappoint!

The experience was amazing start to finish. Our servers were very attentive and always had a smile. The atmosphere was great. It was a little on the expensive side but it was a special occasion and fun to experience.

My wife and I return to Chimney Park every year to celebrate the anniversary of our engagement. We have never been disappointed and always receive fantastic service and delicious food. We will continue to return every year and highly recommend them for your next special occasion.

Everything we had was amazing and there was clearly much thought out into the flavor pairings. We couldn't find room in our stomachs to do the 5 course chef tasting menu, but they do have a la carte available, which is a very wide menu. Super pleased with our experience and hope to return again soon! We had the octopus, tartar, lobster bisque, duck salad, steak (ribeye), and duck breast all of which were cooked perfectly and were a flavor explosion!

All of your rating criteria categories were excellent. Price was high, but tolerable for the overall experience. Servers and wine steward were efficient and yet each still had a few moments for pleasant conservations exchanges. We have been "special occasions" customers since opening day 17 years ago and expect to continue.
