Tutto squisito , personale cordiale , prezzi moderati . Unica pecca il freddo dell aria condizionata un po’ eccessivo

Approached hostess without reservation and was told 45-60 wait. So I asked to seat at bar told I needed reservation and their was no room but staff was clearing countertop as we spoke. But ok, So I looked on OpenTable and there was a reservation for literally 10 minutes later. Went back to hostesses, now they claim they can’t find my reservation, 3 minutes later it shows up in computer but they can’t honor my 8pm reservation told it would be at least 15 minutes before they can seat my party of 2. Worst experience ever. We ended up leaving because we had ticket to concert next door. Never received any text message advising my table was ready. Horrible customer service

Disappointing. Ordered 3 entrees and a sushi roll, and the entrees were brought to the table quickly but the sushi was nowhere. 10 minutes after the entrees were at the table, there was still no sushi so I asked them to cancel the order and we shared the entrees family style. There was no apology, and at one point a manager stopped by the table to inform me that I would not be charged for the sushi. Great. While I recognize that this is not a high end restaurant, simple things like trying to get all of the food to a table at the same time seems like a low bar, and they failed. A shame, really, as I still want sushi!

Food was very good , we don’t have to wait long and it’s affordable.Our server Angel was very attentive, We were not rushed, we were able to talked and catch up with our friends. We always come here at least once in our trip.

Chin Chin is always the best....and kudos to the best waiter who dressed up as the Grinch Santa! Great Restaurant!!!

Food was tasty, and the portions like large. Our waiter was in different and couldn’t bother to clear away plates when we were finished with them. It should’ve been easy. We were there at a very slow time with 80% empty tables.

Excellent experience. Keep in mind, portions ARE LARGE! Entrees we had could be split for 2 people. Sushi rolls were 8 pieces.

This was the best Americanized Chinese I’ve ever had. The sweet and sour chicken was delicious not too sweet and crunchy. The hot and hour soup was amazing. The Mongolian beef was so so but very tender. But shockingly expensive.
