ChoLon, which translates to "big market,” is named after the largest Chinese-influenced market in Saigon, Vietnam. At ChoLon, Chef Lon Symensma brings to life his extensive culinary travels throughout Southeast Asia. ChoLon's menu features inspired interpretations of traditional dishes found across the region, with presentations ideal for sharing. From dim sum or "small bites" to large family style plates, ChoLon offers authentic flavors for the modern palate. The bar and lounge serves handcrafted, artisanal cocktails developed to complement Symensma’s cuisine. The venue is also ideal for business meetings, presentations, large parties and events. Plates were “family style” which did not seem to be overly accurate. For a small chicken breast and minimal veggies is not worth the $30 and definitely not for more than one person. Noodles were like eating gummy worms, veggies were burnt and chicken soft/water texture. Service slow. Will not be going back.

We had a business lunch during the week. Food was good but overpriced.

Thank your feedback. We are so happy you liked the food. We make everything in house by our Chef's with the freshest ingredients and produce that is brought in almost daily. Our Happy Hour offers a lower priced option and runs every day from 3PM - 5PM. We hope that we see you again soon.

Lovely family dinner on Valentine's -- despite it being a popular and packed night, service was impeccable, food came so quickly (and was beautifully plated as well as delicious), and menu items were reasonably priced. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to try innovative dishes downtown.

The French onion soup dumplings are to die for. Our entrée was simply just okay. Small bites and appetizers are the way to go.

We took our daughter, son-in-law and 3-year granddaughter to lunch. The whole staff couldn’t have been more attentive to our granddaughter. The food is sharable bites of four to a serving which was perfect for us. Our granddaughter had her own menu. We had several dishes and each one was great. We’ll be back soon.
