ChoLon, which translates to "big market,” is named after the largest Chinese-influenced market in Saigon, Vietnam. At ChoLon, Chef Lon Symensma brings to life his extensive culinary travels throughout Southeast Asia. ChoLon's menu features inspired interpretations of traditional dishes found across the region, with presentations ideal for sharing. From dim sum or "small bites" to large family style plates, ChoLon offers authentic flavors for the modern palate. Always top 10. Never disappointed here. Food is amazing! Do not skip soup dumplings or porkbelly!

Always pleased and impressed with the food and service. I’m familiar with the menu and love the wonderful standbys! HHey how about some specials once in awhile that gives the opportunity to try some new dishes too!ave the pork belly buns….omg wonderful! The acorn squash tempura was fantastic! Korean galbi good but I would prefer the galbi veggies on the side…cooled the meat down too fast but still so delicious!

We had a great dinner last night. The Chinese Negroni and Citrus Blossom were delicious. Soup dumplings as appetizers and Kimchi rice with pork belly were very tasty.

We went for happy hour at the barn. It was awesome as always. Food is fantastic and cocktails were great. Dustin was amazing and rocked our vieux carre’s

Did not have the best experience, host was not accommodating. Server was rude and we ended leaving. We love this place, but will not return :(

We were in town for the weekend and had a reservation at this restaurant from a recommendation. We booked last minute and came in around 8pm on a Sunday. The hostess was pretty friendly and showed us to our table promptly and provided water for the table. Our attendant showed up a few minutes later and helped us with menu questions. We ordered the fried calamari and pork potstickers for appetizers and we were not disappointed. The calamari was tender and the slivers of red and green peppers were tasty. The potstickers tasted great with the mustard dip; the strong mustard flavor is not for the faint of heart, but I liked it a lot. We ordered the kimchi fried rice with steak and the rendang curry with steak as well. Both were delicious! The level of spiciness was ok for my husband who’s not into spicy food. For drinks, we ordered the lychee martini, gin and tonic and another cocktail I can’t remember the name of. All were good and fairly strong. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant. The only thing I suggest for improvement in the service is the timing of our entrees, which were brought to our table immediately after the pork potstickers arrived. I expected the appetizers and entrees to be appropriately spaced out.

It's been awhile since we've been to ChoLon. We felt that the food was not quite as good as we've had in the past. Still a fun experience, but a bit short of expectations.
