At ChoLon, Chef Lon Symensma brings to life his extensive culinary travels throughout Southeast Asia. ChoLon's menu features inspired interpretations of traditional dishes found across the region, with presentations ideal for sharing. From dim sum or "small bites" to large family style plates, ChoLon offers authentic flavors for the modern palate. OMG! To be honest, and very honest, this was the BEST service we have ever had. Ever. The server Jen was so kind and attentive, and then the other servers were the same. It was as if they were this team seamlessly working together with each table. One would deliver our food, another would fill our water, then another would take away dirty dishes. It was seamless and fluid, and we were impressed big time! OK now the food! SOOOO GOOD!!! And our most favorite item — the doughnuts. (Still dreaming of those and wish we could get them for breakfast 😅) We got four plates for two people and were very full by the time of the doughnuts. Everything was amazing! BAO BUNS are a must! We’ll be back! We had an amazing time and would suggest ChoLon to anyone visiting DT Denver!

We had dinner here for New Year’s and the ball definitely was dropped here. We ordered entrees after two appetizers with my wife ordering one of the specials, a lobster crepes. My entree was delivered in a normal amount of time with the server saying the other entree would be out momentarily. The other entree was eventually delivered after about 15-20 minutes. It was delivered by the manager who said the chef tried making it three times and there would be no charge. It looked horrible- like it had fallen to the floor and been scooped up. By now, my entree was absolutely cold as I chose not to eat in front of my wife. We were also out of time because we were trying to see the 9:00 pm fireworks show. We quickly paid and left without eating the entrees. We have eaten at ChoLon several times and have never been disappointed, until this time, which will be our last time. There are too many good restaurants around to put up with this. It definitely ruined a nice New Year’s Eve evening out.

Amazing food and excellent service. A little noisy, but it was NYE. Was difficult to hear person across table. Wish we had sat side by side

ChoLon is one of our favorite restaurants and we went to celebrate our daughter’s engagement. My husband always say, “When you go to ChoLon, you don’t worry about two things: your calorie count and your pocketbook. The food is always excellent and Joe, our server, was top notch! I feel it’s a little pricey, but for special occasions it’s worth the splurge! I would highly recommend!

Validated parking is no longer offered in spite of it still being advertised. Food was great. Service a little slow. Cholon is sill a solid choice but not the standout it used to be.

We have been going here for years and the food is always amazing as is the service. The restaurant could use a little updating to make it feel as fancy as it used did back in the early days.
