ChoLon, which translates to "big market,” is named after the largest Chinese-influenced market in Saigon, Vietnam. At ChoLon, Chef Lon Symensma brings to life his extensive culinary travels throughout Southeast Asia. ChoLon's menu features inspired interpretations of traditional dishes found across the region, with presentations ideal for sharing. From dim sum or "small bites" to large family style plates, ChoLon offers authentic flavors for the modern palate. Good to sit and watch the Chefs work to make a good meal. The presentation was good. Its just pricey

Cholon is always phenomenal. Great food, very chill atmosphere, wonderful service. A highly recommended spot for delicious, creative and satisfying food. Everything is thoughtfully prepared. The dishes are well balanced, interesting and meticulously presented.

ChoLon while highly rated, it still surprised and delighted us. The flavors were so complex and interesting. It worked really well for vegetarian and meat eaters.

We had a table of 4. We ordered apps that were good, but when we ordered two mains, the second dish took forever to come out. It should have been served at the same time as first one. I told server we it should be taken off bill but nothing was done about it. Overall, food is very good but overpriced and portions are not generous for a family style restaurant.

Food was delicious. The soup dumplings are superb... tempted to come back and eat just those for dinner! But then I would miss out on the delicious Bao buns, noodles, calamari, etc. Service was excellent as well - attentive and prompt. Already planning a return!

Our server was very attentive and friendly. Food was fresh and absolutely delicious. Music was a little too loud which made everyone in the restaurant speak louder than usual. Had a hard time hearing my friend without her yelling at me so not really an ideal setting for an intimate date.

The online reservation process was great! The service was so wonderful. We felt so special. The treated us like royalty. My daughters, granddaughter and me for a Christmas celebration. ChoLon is always exceptionally special. Thank you 🎄
