Every single aspect from the Front door through to the Back door is nothing less than the next level customer experience. Everyone who engages your table has positive energy and is professional by tailoring their creative touch to your dining experience. Perfectly positioned in South Chandler on Queen Creek Road this amazing experience is less than 30 minutes away from Maricopa and just a Taylor Swift “All too well” ride from most of the South Valley.

Our recent dining experience was not great. We've eaten here before and had a much better experience. They accommodated my gluten-free needs both times, but this time was quite frustrating. In addition to being gluten free, I now do not eat any seed oils (vegetable oils). I ordered the $68 entree special of Chilean sea bass and lobster tail over herbed couscous. The server (Noey) said they could make it gluten free by removing the couscous but refused to replace it with anything else. She said I could purchase another side if I wanted one. I've never had any restaurant refuse to make a substitution for an allergy. What poor service for those in the allergen community. Then she said they would not include any sauce because they all have seed oils. I asked to cook the sea bass in butter, which she agreed to. She was noticeably irritated by my requests. When it arrived, it was literally a small piece of fish and a lobster tail. No drawn butter, no lemon, no sauce, no side, no garnish. For $68! I had to ask for drawn butter and lemon to add some flavor. While it was cooked well, it was bland. I'm shocked that a restaurant that is this expensive (over $100 per person for our dinner) would not do more to accommodate allergens. Extremely disappointing. We won't be back.

Matt was our group of 5’s server. Very attentive and friendly. Ana also assisted during ordering time. Food was very good as our previous visit. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

While the bone-in, 14 oz NY Strip was tasty and cooked perfectly (medium-rare, of course), the Ahi Tuna Tostada was sub-par. Have had a tastier version approximately 27 minutes north. Find me and I'll tell you where. Didn't take away from the ambiance, customer service, and location of CHoP Chandler. Visit about once a month. Will return.

Overall the food was good. There were a couple entree’s that were just ok. Our server was great. The lighting is very dark. You have to use the light on your phone to see the menu. I will definitely go back.

we had to wait 20 minutes past our reservation time and when we received our meal the temp was wrong my wifes stack was still mooing and mine was well done after we both ordered med

As usual issues with the temperature of the food and quality of the meat. Atmosphere is nice.

Got seated, then it took 15min for our server to come over. Ordered Sea Bass and the Maui Ribeye. The Sea Bass came out raw and we had to send it back to be cooked more. The Maui Ribeye didn't have any of the Pineapple Soy glaze the waitress mentioned. The bill was $200 and definitely not worth it. I think they might've been understaffed for the evening, but still.

Truly disappointment. The first dishes were just okay, but the main dishes…. Were burnt outside and uncooked inside and everyone in the table had to get meal replacements. The chicken was raw inside and burnt outside. There was also an hour wait just to get your food. We have been informed that the deserts will be on the house, but again we had to pay for them.
