    I take the opinion that the curb appeal for a restaurant is integral in setting the stage for a dining experience. CSP good have done this better last night. We parked maybe 25ft from the entrance ramp and this immediate area was an “ice rink”, giving my party and I concern not only for our safety but also attention to detail by the CSP team. Then right in front of the ramp, was a delivery/ catering truck from another restaurant. Forcing us to take it even slower on the ice as it blocked a direct path to the entry ramp, and question if the catering truck was visiting the restaurant. Host was absent, so waiting sometime for a greeting, now if the place was hopping then I would understand. However we’re had a 7:15 res, and there were three other small tables already seated. Server seemed new so I will give her a pass, but it is imperative after you pour water or even after serving the beverages, should review menu additions or subtractions. We had to learn this after placing entree order. So unto the food steaks and pesto were the main and they were all well presented and seemed to be cooked to temp for the filet, but my KC steak was less rare and more medium which I will not focus on, as the flavor was good.

    The server was very welcoming and informative. She set a great pace for the meal that did not make us feel rushed or waiting too long. Her suggestions for items were great. The food was excellent.

    Our service by Devin was outstanding!!! He went above and beyond. Yes it was a snowy , slow night, but you could tell he provides that level of professionalism daily. We started with their bread basket that was quite inventive and tasty. I had the filet cooked to a perfect medium rare and my husband had a rare Delmonico , also cooked perfectly. We shared sides with our companions.( They also had filets.) Both the creamed corn and potatoes dauphinoise were excellent. We all had the mushroom add on with our beef. We did not partake in dessert but our pre dinner cocktails of an old-fashioned, tequila old-fashioned and the nonalcoholic cranberry drink were as they should be with a special touch of clear ice cubes with individual forms on each cube. This has become our favorite steak house in the area based upon last evening!!!!

    Heard about this great vibe, great menu, and super service new addition to Holland from neighbors and we loved it.

    Great food. We’ve been there several times this year and the food has gotten better every time. Couple they with a cool atmosphere and a very well-stocked bar (Eagle Rare, Glenfiddich 18!) and this has quickly become our favorite place. The steaks here are better than Chop House or Ruth’s Chris.

    The waitstaff were friendly and provided positive information and feedback about each speciality food item. Made great suggestions for pairing drinks and wine with our meal. Definitely our favorite new steakhouse in town with a nice selection of apps and seafood too. We split the salad which was delicious along with the Filet DeMare and Truffle Bisque.
