Chop was created for people who love sharing, connecting and everything steak. We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy. All this quality comes with friendly hospitality in warm and energetic rooms. Open for lunch, happy hour, dinner and late-night!

    The steak was excellent, the chicken so juice and tastey. Felt the accompanying veggies could have been better. Overall I thought dinner was great.

    It's a great quiet happy hours for my husband and I to celebrate my belated birthday. He has been suffering cancer recurrent. I am glad that he can go out with me under the rain. Thank you CHOP Steakhouse.

    The waitress was too busy talking to another table and barely checked on us. I also noted that it was a for a birthday when i booked online but they completely ignored it. I saw they were nicely celebrated it with another 2 tables when bringing them a dessert with candles, etc. But when it came to our dessert, still no candles nothing. At the end, i still be nice and gave a decent tips to our waitress since it was my bf's birthday . But found that it's very rude from the restaurant that mistreated us like that especially on the special day . Thank you for the great "birthday's memory" that i wont ever forget

    Made a last minute reservation as we arrived late to the city and weren’t sure where to eat. We have not been to Chop before. We very much enjoyed the experience. Good food-filet mignon and a chopped burger and furious fries. Cocktails were delicious as well. The service was friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend and will return again!

    Well, I was impressed of how the menu specified that the steaks were cooked in beef tallow. We ordered a prime rib and I was kindly asking the server to not include sides (I only want steak) and she seemed not to understand that I don’t want them. Kept saying oh but they come with sides so what do you want and I kept saying I don’t want sides! Until one of my friends said fine I will have your sides lol but she still did not bring it in a separate plate. The server was only pleasant at the end when we were paying. The prime rib was ok but the sauce on top made it taste like cheap processed meat. It would be nice to include the sauce on the side and not force it on. Would I come again? No Would I recommend? Absolutely not. I was excited but was so disappointed.

    Came to Vancouver to celebrate our 26th wedding anniversary. We had a fantastic steak and lobster. The restaurant treated us with a decadent cheesecake. Great staff. Great experience.
