Chop was created for people who love sharing, connecting and everything steak. We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy. All of this quality comes with friendly hospitality in warm and energetic rooms. Open for lunch, happy hour, dinner and late-night!

    Brandie in the lounge was honestly less than attentive. Our fries were cold and we put them off to the side. Tried to grab her attention multiple times and she completely ignored us. Not the great chop experience we usually have.

    Chop has quickly turned into our go to restaurant! The service was literally perfect. Not invasive but always seemed to be available for when we need him. And the food!!? WOW. Also perfection! and a lot! I haven't had a meal in a restaurant that I couldn't finish until now! GREAT VALUE! Did I mention the service? It was perfect!

    Take two of my grandchildren every so often for steak. We are always very happy with our meal. The waitress came just the right amount. Didn’t get a refill of our water glasses but that is a small oversight. Would definitely recommend it !

    I thought our server and experience was awesome. Very good vibe in there. Service was attentive, but not bothersome. Would recommend highly food was amazing.
