CHOP was created for people who love sharing, connecting and everything steak. We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy. All of this quality comes with friendly hospitality in warm and energetic rooms. Open for lunch, happy hour, dinner and late-night!

Frequent here often. One of the more disappointing meals. Christmas season seemed to have impacted the level of execution from the team. Will still return.

Service was fantastic, food was great although my steak was overcooked and my baked potato a little hard but the other entrees and appies were spot on. We were in one of the private tables so the noise level was perfect. Overall very positive experience.

We started our evening off in the lounge having a cocktail. All the staff there were very friendly and welcoming. We moved to the dining room to have dinner. Our server; Nicole B provided excellent and attentive service. Our meal was also excellent! The prime rib was amazing and we enjoyed our pre-dinner salads as well. We have always been very satisfied with The Chop as the service has always been outstanding and the food consistently great. 👍👍😄

I mistakenly made reservation for 2 should have been 6..they accommodated and found us a table in the bar section.. the waitress was superb! (Always makes the difference)..Food was very good..we always have a good experience coming here..5 stars for us!

The food was great but we were seated in a booth with 6 men and it was very cramped. The restaurant was half full but it took 20 minutes to get a first drink order in. They are either under staffed or just don't care.
